This beautiful Gulf-front vacation rental includes floor-to-ceiling patio doors in both the living room and master bedroom leading to a large patio that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. The second bedroom also has its own private porch. Other features of this upscale and elegant vacation rental unit include a separate den for additional comfort and privacy, granite countertops, a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The master bath includes a walk-in shower and twin sinks. Both bedrooms and the living room have TVs and DVD players. We had a lovely time staying at this condo. 7th floor is perfect height and the condo offered everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, griddle, coffee maker, toaster, smoothie maker and lots more - everything to prepare all our meals!
The only thing probably worth mentioning is that our 8&9 year olds shared the pull-out sofa bed in the den area and although they never complained I do not believe anyone bigger than them would enjoy a good night’s rest on there. We never used the sofa bed in the living room so that might be better. Nevertheless our family of 6 enjoyed our vacation!

This space is nice, spacious and well decorated but a few very easy maintenance fixes could have made it more enjoyable. Kitchen insinkerator was barely operational and sprayed dirty water out of the sink, master bath fan was in desperate need of repair, making extremely loud rumbling, and the cleaning effort wasn’t great, as there was still food on the dining table, the balcony table and the balcony floor, and there were dirty towels left in the second bath. With so much attention put on delivering a clean, germ free environment, this was very disappointing. Vacasa did offer to send back the cleaning crew, but we had already lost confidence in that crew’s ability to do the job right. These are easy fixes that should be addressed.
