You'll also be right across Park Avenue from the Riverwalk and the Blue River Bikeway, with the heart of historic Main Street just beyond. On Main Street, you'll have your pick of excellent restaurants, cafes, apres-ski spots, brewpubs, boutiques, and gear shops to explore all year round. Come summertime, you can fill your days with scenic lift rides, hikes through the surrounding mountains, and gorgeous rounds of golf at the Breckenridge Golf Club (five miles north).

Pros: The location is great. Easy walk to town and nice to have the car in a garage overnight. The bed was comfortable and the towels looked clean and felt very soft.

Now we get to the Cons: The check-in process in general seems unnecessary because the code could have been sent in an email like most other places do saving people a drive across town, broken window crank (had to remove the screen on the adjacent window to get the window to close), The huge water bubble in the bathroom ceiling, missing grout and overall dirty appearance to shower grout that a good scrubbing would easily fix, black crud on walls behind door hinges in the bathroom (which wipes right off with a damp towel and shows it hasn’t been cleaned well in months), massive dusty cobwebs running from wall to light to smoke detector in entrance and in three other corners of the room, someone else’s curly hairs on the bathroom floor, possible booger on the curtains by the window, no coffee maker as listed but we assumed this is because of Covid stuff but also no cups!! NO way to get a drink in the middle of the night (we even walked around the building looking for a vending machine at 4am in hopes of helping with dehydration). We didn’t sleep. At all. Couldn’t wait to check out in the morning. We do not feel the place was clean at all and as a result would like to see the entire “cleaning fee” returned. This place MIGHT be a good deal for about $100 less. We’ve stayed in a lot of places in Breckenridge and many in this similar price range but this was by far the most disappointing. Do not recommend! I don’t think I’ve ever left a bad review before but this one did not meet expectations.

Ugh! Where do I start!
1. Early check in - Denied!
2. Leaking fridge and wet carpet
3. No A.C. which made getting ready extremely uncomfortable
4. There's an adjoining rm that had access to my room and entered while I was getting dressed
5. Front desk - Not helpful and terrible customer service
6. Management - Unresponsive
7. Late check out - Denied!
8. I'm still waiting for a 1night refund
9. My bday weekend was ruined
10. Very old & outdated building
I hope that I'll be reimbursed for my first night at least but am not holding my breath. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company if Vacasa management does not process a refund.
