A beautiful, private sandy beach and swimming pool await right off the back deck of this spectacular Outer Banks home, a sound-front, three-level, 3,400-square-foot home in an exclusive beach enclave in Avon’s Kinnakeet Shores Resort. Enjoy private access to the "Canadian Hole," one of the world's best windsurfing spots, and watch the water sport action by day and breathtaking sunsets by night. The beautiful views of the sound, the untouched coastline, and the historic Cape Hatteras Lighthouse are unbeatable.
Find ample parking, a carport, a fish-cleaning station, an under-house entry, and a charcoal grill for your enjoyment and convenience. Walk out the back door to find an expansive patio with a 24-foot unheated pool and outside showers. Step off the patio onto your own private, sugar-sand beach, where shallow waters create a fun, safe place for kids to play.
Enter the ground floor, which boasts a spacious rec room with a pool table, a kitchenette, a TV and DVD player, a laundry room, and a bedroom with two bunk beds and a shared bath/shower. Head up to the second floor with its four suites, all with private baths/showers. Each has direct deck access; two have access to a six-person hot tub and two have private, covered decks. And you'll love the comfortable media room with its large TV/DVD player and expansive sound view deck, also with access to the hot tub.
The third floor features a wonderful main suite with a private bath/shower, a jetted tub, and a private deck for more spectacular views. Relax in the adjoining great room featuring vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, an entertainment center, and panoramic views of the sound, the ocean, and neighboring wildlife reserves. Hang out in the large, well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast island, double sinks, a dishwasher, and a dining area. Or, get away from it all in your own comfortable crow's-nest loft hideaway with panoramic ocean views.

Parking Notes: Please park in the driveway. The total maximum number of vehicles is 6. Parking on the lawn is not allowed, as this may cause damage to the home's septic system. RV is parking not allowed in this community. If you are bringing an RV for your stay, you are welcome to park it in the parking lot of the Avon office, located at the following address: 41156 Hwy 12, Avon, NC 27915.
Guest Entry Instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires an unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
