Enchanting Oceanfront Sea Isle has it all. Located in the Sea Isle Hills Subdivision, Sea Isla has just a short walk to a beautiful beach and the clean Atlantic. Good restaurants, shopping, and several watersports shops are just minutes away.

All king beds are upgraded Continental LF Luxury Hotel Series Mattresses.

Ground level: The landscaping at Sea Isle really adds a touch of privacy and isolation to the property. The ground level has good concrete parking with direct elevator access from the driveway to all floors. The common area handicapped-friendly bath room has 36" door for a clear width of 34 1/2" to the handicapped-friendly shower and seat with heavy duty grab bar with a handicapped-friendly flag-shaped sink that can be occupied by all guests using the home. The ground level main bedroom, pool table and laundry is all vinyl tile planking for guests with allergies that don't prefer carpet. The pool table and soccer table will also have two minifridges with stone counter tops. The main bedroom and pool table sliders are fence gate latched. The pool deck features 14' x 34' fiberglass pool, nearby brand new hot tub, and outside shower to allow guests to easily jump in and out of all three at the same time with a pool gate for access to the ocean front beach, park grill, and propane grill.

Level 2: Guests can enjoy a main king bedroom with a balcony deck overlooking the pool and dunes, and a king bedroom with a walk out deck with views south down the beach that shares a bath room separated by a corridor with a twin over full bunk and a twin bedroom.

Level 3: Guests can enjoy a main bedroom with a king bed with a balcony deck overlooking the pool and dunes with a larger bathroom, and a king bedroom with a walk-out deck with views south down the beach that shares a bathroom separated by a corridor with a twin-over-full bunk and a twin bed room and a half bathroom that serves fourth floor guests.

Level 4: Sea Isle's crown has cathedral ceilings, an oak staircase, and vinyl planked flooring. The living area has two leather seating couches, extra large TV/DVD and spectacular oceanfront and beach views because the adjacent house south is set closer to the street and Sea Isle is set furthest to the ocean. The south facing sun deck will have a picnic table and some really nice views east toward the ocean and views south down the dune line. The dining room will have two large style conference room tables butting together for seating for 14-16 kids and adults. The island style bar will have three to four bar-style chairs for a small group meal or for happy hour service. The island also has the sink that faces the ocean with dishwashers right and left of the sink for easy loading. Nearby is an under-counter ice machine with floor drain, refrigerator, oven, and microwave. The kitchen counters are custom Kyanite stone countertops.

*Home is Handicapped Friendly - with elevator to all floors and one bathroom with 36 inch door and handicapped shower stall & seat.

*The private pool will be available for guest use from April 3, 2021 to October 15, 2021. The pool can be heated from April 3rd to October 15, 2021, for $60/night. Guests must call in after booking to arrange for pool heat. Guests should contact Vacasa with pool heat request one week (seven days) prior to their arrival. Pools typically take 48 hours to reach desired temperature.

New upgrades include specialty beach and nautical cabinet pulls, as well as Built to Last exterior deck furniture including loungers, chairs, and tables.

The only reason not to give 5 stars: don’t think the elevator makes this a wheelchair-friendly house. All the thresholds are very hard to negotiate, even with strong grandsons around. The doorways are very narrow, and the only accessible bathroom is blocked by a heavy foosball table. Unaided, a wheelchair-bound person cannot get in or out of the house, on to any of the decks or into any of the bathrooms. The location and views are lovely.
