Ground Level: Features a newly constructed rec room with flat-screen TV and foosball table, mini-fridge and half bathroom, convenient while enjoying the private pool just out back. The pool deck has plenty of space for lounging in the afternoon sun and is also home to the brand new hot tub.
Mid Level: This floor offers 4 bedrooms. You will find a Queen main bedroom with flat-screen TV and deck access, another semi-private Queen main bedroom with flat-screen TV, deck access and a bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower, a room with a Queen & deck access and a room with 2 Bunk Sets and deck access.
Top Level: There is a spacious great room with 55” flat-screen TV, Blu-Ray player and access to the deck thru a sliding glass door. The well-stocked kitchen offers granite counters, breakfast bar seating for 2, seating for 4 at a glass-top table and a new dining table that seats 12. Step outside and enjoy the incredible views of the Atlantic from the newly stained top level decks or enjoy the family crab feast in the sunroom. Outside you will find lots of polywood deck furniture making it very comfy while enjoying the views and ocean breezes. Rounding out the top level is a King main bedroom with flat-screen TV and deck access.

*Please note that this property has a pool which is open from May to October and can be heated for $60/night. NOTE: Pool heat not available in July & August. Guests must call in after booking to arrange for pool heat; at least 48 hours of notice must be given for heat to be turned on.
