Ground Level: A spacious rec room opens onto the pool area and is equipped with a pool table and foosball, a wet bar with full-size refrigerator, under counter ice maker and wine cooler to make entertaining a breeze! Enjoy the entertainment center with TV/DVD and stereo/cd, and comfortable sectional seating area. There is a sunny bedroom/office with a desk, a sleep sofa, duo bunk set and access to the pool area with French doors that provide a quiet and private space. There are 2 King main bedrooms (the bath of one also opens to the rec room), and a large main bedroom with 3 Duo bunks. All rooms have TV’s. An elevator allows easy access to all levels. The laundry is on this level, and a half bath is accessible from the pool deck. The hot tub is in the pool area. A lighted private walkway leads to a dune top ocean gazebo.
Mid Level: Take the elevator or stairs to the next level where the main entry hall opens into a generous den providing an additional community space to enjoy your family's company. This area offers deck access, a table with 4 chairs perfect for game night, a well-equipped entertainment center, a nearby half bath, and plenty of seating for enjoying a movie or conversation with loved ones. This level has 4 bedrooms, all with private baths and TV’s: there are 2 King main bedrooms, one is a handicapped accessible and offers a roll in shower for convenience. The other has an adjoining nursery furnished with a daybed, crib and changing table; there is also a main bedroom with 2 Doubles and a Queen main bedroom. A covered oceanfront deck runs the length of the house and leads down to the pool.
Top Level: You are greeted with expansive views of the sparkling ocean when you ascend to the window-lined great room which features a gas fireplace, a built-in entertainment center with 55 inch TV/DVD, stereo/cd, and an elevated ships watch that faces west allowing you to drink in those stunning Corolla sunsets. This space offers a variety of comfortable seating for enjoying the view while visiting with family and friends. The adjoining dining area has a long table seating 16. The adjacent gourmet kitchen has lots of workspace, allowing several cooks to work together comfortably. A 6 burner stove and dual ovens and dishwashers ease the task of meal preparation. The kitchen island has an ice maker, wine cooler and additional bar seating area. A gas grill is located right outside on the deck. A bright sunroom with wood paneled vaulted ceiling and access to the oceanfront deck, opens off the kitchen; a great spot for relaxing with a good book. There is a convenient half bath and another King main bedroom on this level; this one features a gas fireplace, whirlpool tub and separate tiled shower, TV and access to the deck overlooking the ever beautiful Atlantic.
