This home provided everything we needed in it for our stay. Plus the location was great because it close to the ski area. The Center with pool, gym and hot tub is a thumb up!

However, check-in time was not on time as we were there around 4PM, but the house was still cleaning.... so we have to wait until 5PM in order to get inside the home.

Also during our stay, there was a mickey mouse pop up from the corner and run around in the living room, however, Vacasa was very quick in order to respond.

The unit layout, pool area, and location were great. However, the unit was in need of a good cleaning. We found a sock in our bed. Long black hairs in the bed and bathrooms. Crumbs on the couch and floors. A bad smell in the master bath the was urine that was trapped under a handicap toilet seat that we had to remove to clean. If you don’t mind doing a couple of hours of housekeeping to start your stay, it will be fine. We did not call Vacasa about these problems, so I can’t say how they would have responded.

We very much enjoyed our long weekend at this townhouse. It was very comfortable from the moment we walked it. Everything was clean and all in working order. The views were great and couches in the living room were SO comfortable.
We will definitely be back next year!

Loved it!

We enjoyed this condo especially the 2 person jetted bath off the master bedroom and the fireplaces. The house was very clean and there were plenty of fresh linens. The place was also nice and warm when we checked in after a cold day on the mountain. Awesome foyer to strip down before stepping into the house. For the price we would have liked to see at least one bigger screen HDtv. Wifi was good and the community indoor pool/spa area was very nice. The mattresses are old and made us a little homesick but the snow covered views from every room were wonderful, lots of natural light. We liked the no-fuss way Vacasa handles the rentals, we had a very responsive contact person and everything else was self serve, perfect! We booked another trip at another vacasa rental on the way home :)

Enjoyed our MLK weekend visit. Had a few good days of skiing. Thur we were able to beat the crowds and learn our way around the Mt. Fri it rained so we relaxed, and enjoyed the imenities at the Woods Spa. Although crowded we skied Sat, once all lifts were running crowds were manageable and expected. Sun brought bitter cold so took a winter walk in the woods to thunder falls, then drove out to the Mountain Top Inn, Chittenden to enjoy craft beer, apps & football game.

The layout was excellent for multiple people staying there. A little rough around the edges but workable. We would definitely go back.

Liked the proximity to the trail and a grocery store. The size was very good for our party of five. Wish more of the family could have joined us.

The best part was being in a quiet space and enjoying the nature around the area. Jorge was great to work with and helped us to settle in.

Perfect for a weekend up in Killington - had three couples staying there. Plenty of room and bonus that we all had our own bathroom.

The house is very spacious and the views are postcard worthy.
The area is very relaxing and quiet, not only where the house was but the surrounding town as well. There was lots to do close by, we weren't there in the winter so we didn't go skiing, but being there in the fall was amazing, you can see the mountain from the dining room and kitchen as well as the last and bedrooms upstairs, it's a beautiful sight to wake up to in the morning, and its just as beautiful throughout the day. This trip was for relaxing with friends but it was so nice we have already started thinking about a trip with the kids because of how much there is to do and see. We would absolutely recommend this home to a group of friends as well as a family for a vacation or getaway.

This was our third year staying at E12. It is a beautiful spot, close to everything.
