Inviting, spacious, and dog-friendly cabin, close to town & ski resorts!

Until July 15, 2020, Vermont properties can only accept bookings from Vermont residents, those who have met the 14 day quarantine requirement, or those engaged in essential or other authorized work in Vermont.

Explore in and around this dog-friendly Manchester cabin during your next family or friend getaway. Sleeping up to 12 guests, everyone will love that this rustic home offers a game room and a location close to local mountain resorts.

Located just off Interstate seven and Highway 30, you'll feel well-connected to shops, eateries, and more, but also feel secluded being surrounded by gorgeous east coast scenery. Manchester Center is less than three miles away, historical sites are all around, and Bromley and Stratton Mountains for winter sports are a short drive.

Beautiful wood floors, shiplap walls, and vaulted, beamed wood ceilings are highlighted by the natural light streaming through large windows to create an open and cozy space for your group to relax and enjoy time together.

Stack wood in the stone-framed fireplace and warm yourself after a day snowshoeing around the property. Flip on the flatscreen TV to catch the game, your favorite shows, or watch a movie at the end of the day. The home comes with WiFi, cable, a DVD/VHS player, and movies!

Save time and money by whipping up your own meals for all 12 guests using the many appliances provided, including a dishwasher. The dining room table seats up to 10 and there are four more barstools so everyone can take a seat. And when it's nice outside, step out to the deck to breathe in fresh air while eating.

During some downtime, challenge family members to a game of Ping-Pong or foosball in the game room, or pull out one of the included board games to play. Dogs are welcome for a nightly pet fee.

Come nightfall, there's plenty of space for all 12 weary travelers to rest well. Among the five bedrooms and loft area are a king-size bed, two queen beds, one full bed, nine twin beds, and a sofabed. Three full bathrooms (one with a jetted tub!) offer space for each guest to get ready in the morning, and there is even a washer and dryer available so you can pack extra light.

Bromley Mountain Ski Resort is less than six miles away and Stratton Mountain Resort is 15 miles away so don't forget your skis and snowboards!

Vermont offers a wide array of attractions to keep everyone happily occupied. Head into Manchester town center and check out The Northshire Bookstore, take a class or watch skilled artists at The Manchester Hot Glass Studio, or shop until you drop at the hundreds of outlets around town.

Take in some history and visit Hildene, The Lincoln Family Home, and admire its 412 acres of immense beauty. When you need a little pick-me-up, stop by Up For Breakfast and down a large stack of buttermilk pancakes that are drowned in the famous Vermont maple syrup. The Taylor Farm is a fun place for every age as you can learn about the cheesemaking process, taste sharp cheeses, and even take a horse-drawn sleigh ride around the farm in the winter.

Book this fantastic Manchester home now and let the countdown begin!

We stayed at this house for 2 weeks while showing at VSF. It was a great location and the floor plan was just what I needed. Will be staying again next year.

We were up for VSF with our stable. The house was the perfect bedroom/bathroom configuration. So close to the show grounds, was easy for night check. Super close to Manchester Center shopping and great dining, so everyone was happy. Booking for next year!!!

This log cabin home was the perfect venue for our family's "Glamping" theme weekend. The property is situated in a nice neighborhood but with the long driveway and surrounding trees, it feels very private. The house has a unique and beautiful wood interior, impressive stone, wood burning fireplace, well appointed kitchen, and a huge dining table for all to gather around at mealtime. The lower level game room was a favorite hangout for the kids and the outside decking which entirely surrounds the house beckons you with comfortable Adirondack style furniture. As large as this house is, there is a definite coziness about it that Makes you feel right at home.
We were there between seasons so outdoor adventures were limited but Adirondack ATV Tours in Whitehall, NY was still operating and we (ages 9-70) all had the ride of our lives. It was a blast! We also took an instructional lesson in shooting clays through Covey and Rye which was top notch! Of course, there's great outlet shopping, Northshire Bookstore, and be sure to start your day at "Up for Breakfast" in Manchester Center. Definitely a weekend to remember!

Our 2nd Ladies weekend in Manchester. The house is outstanding. The kitchen/ dining room is wonderful for casual meals or fancy dinners. Plenty of room to spread out. The front outside deck is a delight to enjoy a cocktail with friends. We really enjoyed the outside fire pit. The location is prefect for going into Manchester Center. The road to the house is dusty and gravely. Fine if you like privacy. We did.
Only big issue is 6 people can't all shower in the AM without 2 having cold showers.
Vacasa who manages the house were very professional and helpful. Especially Andrew. He fixed the main room T.V. for us.

This property lived up to the expectations we had, based on its write up. With three different levels there was room for folks to get away, yet the common areas were spacious and comfortable for shared time. Plenty for young folks to do, as well which worked well for our family get together.

This house was the perfect rental for our group of 12 that were visiting for a long weekend for a wedding. There was plenty of space for everyone, lots of games to keep everyone happy. It was the quintessential Vermont house and we would definitely stay again.

Convenient location, big open house, nice deck!

Our stay was absolutely amazing here!! I'm so happy we picked this Cabin. It had the perfect Vermont feel to it and it even snowed a little which made it even better. The Cabin had everything we needed! Huge Kitchen was fully equipped. There is a very large living room where we watched a boxing match at night with 12 people. Huge spacious rooms and not far from town. We stopped by a CVS literally 5-10 min away and they had many other stores there if needed.

We are going to book again next year as everything about this Cabin was absolutely amazing. The pictures don't do Justice to how amazing his place was.

One warning is that if it snows and you have a smaller car with front wheel drive, it was a little difficult to get some cars up the driveway as there is a small hill. Not sure if t was the drivers tires, but just a warning to consider if you are driving with a sports car or have bald tires, u won't make it up..

We had such a great family weekend here. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The fireplace was great as a center focal point and the basement had plenty of entertainment for the older kids. Close to Manchester's outlet shopping and restaurants. We are looking forward to returning next fall or maybe even a summer trip.
