This unit has a pullout queen sofa sleeper that can be tucked away during the daytime and brought out for sleeping and relaxing. The sliding glass door opens to a beautiful view of the pacific ocean. Enjoy the sound of the waves breaking on the shore, beautiful sunsets, and playing in the ocean. The home has a flatscreen TV and free WiFi. The kitchen is equipped with the stove, oven and supplies needed for cooking or barbecuing. This condo does not come with central AC or heating. We do provide fans and area heaters and the condo does have a ceiling fan.
