This charming one-bedroom hideaway features a cozy queen bed and a comfortable queen sleeper sofa, offering plenty of space for up to four guests to relax and recharge. The unit is located on the 3rd floor, and please note that there are no elevators at the property, making it best suited for guests comfortable with stairs.
As you step inside, the kitchen sits to your left and immediately feels welcoming with its generous countertops, abundant cabinetry, and full size appliances that make cooking a pleasure. You'll have everything you need at your fingertips including a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, sink, dishwasher, plus all the dishes, utensils, and cookware needed for easy meals at home. Whether you're whipping up breakfast or trying out local takeout, the space is set up to make every meal simple and enjoyable. Myrtle Beach offers countless restaurants just minutes away, and food delivery is quick and convenient for nights you'd rather stay in.
The kitchen counter transitions beautifully into a dining area with four bar stools, giving everyone a spot to gather, share a snack, or chat while meals are prepared. The layout flows right into the living room, creating an open, airy feeling that makes the condo feel even more spacious. The living room is an inviting place to settle in with a plush sofa that doubles as a sleeper and a comfy recliner perfect for relaxing after a day on the beach. A small desk in the corner offers a thoughtful place to catch up on emails or plan your next adventure. Across from the sofa you'll find an LED fireplace that adds a warm glow to your movie nights. Sliding doors lead out to the private balcony where you can sip your morning coffee while overlooking the peaceful courtyard and pool.
The bedroom also opens to the balcony, giving you the option to enjoy fresh ocean air without ever leaving your room. A soft queen size bed and matching bedside tables create a restful atmosphere for winding down, and a wall mounted flat screen TV makes it easy to enjoy your favorite shows from under the covers. A private closet offers plenty of space to unpack and settle in for a stress free stay.
Attached to the bedroom is the bathroom, thoughtfully designed with a shower and tub combination, a vanity with ample storage, and a second door that leads back to the main living area so the bedroom can remain private when desired.
For your comfort and convenience, the condo is stocked with fresh bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, and all necessary bedding. You'll also find starter items like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner ready and waiting to help you ease right into vacation mode.
It's important to note that this property has a minimum age requirement of 23 to book. Reservation holders must be at least 23 years of age or older in order for their reservation to be valid. Reservation holders under the age of 23 are at risk for potential fines and eviction.
This resort is secured by a gated entrance with 24-hour security and is only two miles from the Myrtle Beach International Airport and the Coastal Grand Mall. Walmart and Walgreens are across the street, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, state park, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to parking for $20 and free beach access. If you are here during one of the Bike Weeks held in the Myrtle Beach area, please reach out and we will explain the extra fees and regulations.
Guests will need to pay $20.00 per vehicle Per Week for parking passes, from May 1 - Sept 30. From October 1 - April 30, it is $20 per Booking, instead of per week. The security guard at the gate will collect payment and issue the parking passes. If you lose your parking pass, you will need to pay for a replacement. All passes must be displayed on the windshield side of the rear view mirror while the vehicle is parked on the property.
Bike Week Parking: Guests are not permitted to bring a trailer on property except during Bike Week and the trailer is not to exceed 18 feet from the tip of the hitch to the back of the trailer. These fees are for one week and will be collected at the gate, payment must be made with credit card, no cash, no exceptions. The fees during bike week are as followed; Car or Truck (vehicle pulling the trailer) $20, Trailer not to exceed 18 feet $100, each motorcycle is $20 a piece.
It's important to note that this condo is located on the third floor of the building! This location does not have elevators, so our guests will have to use the stairs.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and on the balcony per HOA regulations and Casago policy. This includes, but is not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, vaping or e-cigarettes, THC or marijuana products, and any illegal substances. Evidence of smoking will result in fines and additional cleaning charges. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting the community, neighboring residents, and the property during your stay.
