In the winter, do some sledding, tubing, or snowshoeing at Camp Richardson or Adventure Mountain. And of course, for world-class downhill skiing and boarding, make your way to Heavenly Mountain Resort, a short eight miles away, or Squaw Valley, 39 miles away.

Get cozy inside in the winter with a warming wood stove, cable and DVR service, and HBO, Showtime, and Netflix streaming. There's a 43-inch 4K Smart TV with a DVR in the living room, a 43-inch 4K Smart TV in the master bedroom, and a 42-inch HDTV in the second bedroom. Use the free WiFi to look for directions, and in the summer, hang out on the deck while you read a book, sip on a beverage, and bask in your lovely forested surroundings. You'll also have a private washer/dryer for your added convenience.

• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
