Just completed in 2023, this Texas Gulf Coast gem comes fully fit for modern living, with elegant design and high-end features furnished for ultimate comfort. From the sunny furnished patio to the covered dining area on the deck, and the upper balcony, the private outdoor areas are ready to set the scene for all-day lounging. A gas grill is also equipped in case you're in the mood for a backyard barbecue. Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services. If you feel like venturing beyond the resort, Port Aransas offers a variety of shops, dining, and local attractions less than three miles away.

The main floor's open layout is ideal for gatherings of friends or family, and plush living room furniture is ready to welcome the whole group for casual downtime. A large smart TV is equipped for home entertainment. The gleaming, stainless steel kitchen is designed and equipped for gourmet meal inspiration, with features including an island gas range and. dishwasher for easy cleanup.
