This condo was absolutely PERFECT for our family of 6. We had plenty of room to rest and relax as well as play games and have meals together. We cooked every breakfast before we went to the beach, came back for lunches and cooked some dinners. The A/C was 100% on par to keep the condo very comfortable and sometimes chilly. This area of Palmilla was very quite and peaceful with good location to the office and fitness center. After staying 4 years at Cinnamon Shore, we will definitley be back to Palmilla Beach!

This unit was beautiful, well maintained, and clean. Our only complaints pertained to the fold-out bed and the neighbors. We were visiting with our four children, so two of them slept on the fold-out bed. The first night, we realized that there was no bedding provided for the fold out, and we were unsuccessful at reaching anyone that evening to bring us more. We were able to share pillows from the beds, but our children ended up sleeping with beach towels the first night, as we were unable to reach management until the next morning. Additionally, the fold out bed was extremely uncomfortable and provided almost no padding on top of the springs. Our kids did not sleep well at all because of this, so we ended up rotating the kids through the beds each night. Additionally, while we were grateful to have a heads up about the neighbors so we could prepare our children and be very mindful of our noise level, we felt very on-edge throughout our stay because of it. Unfortunately, we ran into them twice, and while we were all on our best behavior, they were not friendly at all. I think this unit is perfect for a quiet group of 4, but I would not try to sleep 6 here, and would be mindful of children with the neighbors.

It was cozy and charming. Great for four people to stay. Enjoyed our time here. Parking spots do have numbers with two spots for number 8 and a place to park a golf cart to the side. However, it is first come first serve parking so it may be taken.
