You would think, with a large group of people that it would be loud and a little overwhelming inside with the noise, but it was perfect! With the three levels and the kid's area, the adults were able to gather and share great time together. Everyone slept great, the kids put themselves to bed because they had too much fun during the day, the golf carts were perfect, we had a fire on the beach and enjoyed both pools. Walking distance to the ocean was short and more than doable for all littles in our group. There was pure excitement and joy, and we'll be back!

For a family of 4 we had the perfect amount of space needed to enjoy time together in the common area, and alone time during the evening and naps. The kitchen was fully stocked if we had wanted to cook and the community was nice and quiet during a weekend festival. Walking distance to a nearby gas station was great for any late night snacks needed.
