Upon entering the house, you will be greeted by a spacious great room with access to the patio from the living area, which has lots of comfortable seating and a TV that you can enjoy during downtime. Dine indoors or alfresco when it's time for a delicious meal. A thoroughly modern kitchen has everything you need to satisfy your culinary desires.

All beds and bathrooms are furnished with ample premiere linens for your ultimate comfort. A double sofa bed and a futon are in the downstairs living area for extra sleeping accommodations.

Additional amenities include WiFi, cable, and a washer/dryer for your convenience.

Things to Know

Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house, like most in the area, does not have air conditioning.

This home requires a three-night minimum, 10% TOT.

The Duffy boat parked at the dock is not for guest use. Guests will be given 24-hour advanced notice when the Duffy will be used. Admission to the house by the owner is unnecessary when Duffy is in use; they use the exterior walkway to access the dock.

This home is in a quiet neighborhood and only suitable for quieter groups. The rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and parties. Deposit forfeitures and evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.

Reservations for this home will not be refunded if canceled within 60 days of arrival.
