• This property is part of the Blue Lake Springs (BLS) HOA. The BLS rec center and amenities are open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Fees are currently as follows but are subject to change: $20 daily fee per person or $100 weekly fee per person. Group rates (up to 6 people) are $100 daily/$400 weekly. Guests must present a guest pass that is provided in your unit. Fees apply to all ages two and over. Amenities for the HOA include a shared pool, Fly-In Lake, Blue Lake Springs Lake, and a shared tennis court. There will be a replacement fee of $40 will be assessed for any guest passes that are not returned to the home upon checkout.
• The Snow Flake Lodge is open year-round for no additional fee, but you must present your BLS guest pass.

• 2 dogs welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• 4WD/traction may be required in winter.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
