THINGS TO KNOW

  • The fishing rods mounted on the wall are for decoration purposes only.
  • There is no smoking allowed inside the home, on the balcony, or in all common areas.
  • A docking station located on the desk can be used to plug in a guest's personal laptop. A monitor/keyboard/mouse are available for guest use as well.
  • The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per-person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.
  • Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
  • **Sea Colony will have ongoing construction from September through May. There will be construction noise that may be heard in the surrounding homes. Please be aware that this may be loud at times.
