Amazing ocean views abound at this charming coastal home nestled right by the mouth of the Yachats River. Spend your days soaking in the views and basking in the ocean breezes on the private balcony, walk to the beach, or stroll through town to sample some great local seafood or peruse the shops. A leisurely cruise north or south along 101 offers scenic vistas and a bounty of wayside stops, viewpoints, state parks, and beaches to explore.
The home's two-story floor plan makes excellent use of space, with two guest rooms and a full bathroom on the first floor and a primary bedroom with a second full bathroom on the second floor. The main-floor living area features an open-concept layout designed for family gatherings, and the recliner sofas are positioned to showcase the home's stellar ocean views. The full kitchen makes it easy to plan and prepare home-cooked meals. Free WiFi and a private washer/dryer add an extra layer of comfort and convenience.
