This two-story home is located in Baldwin Park, a quaint residential neighborhood just southeast of Savannah's Victorian District. It's a charming, central location, with Forsyth Park and the Savannah Historic District just over a mile north. For easy day trips on the weekends, head to the hauntingly beautiful Bonaventure Cemetery (three miles) or pack up the provided beach chairs, towels, and umbrella to hit the beach on Tybee Island (17 miles).
After a day out and about in the city, come home to enjoy the private, fenced backyard. There's space for your dog to stretch his legs, a covered lounge space for afternoon barbecues, and an outdoor firepit where you can gather for nightly s'mores and stories.
Inside, the house is wonderfully equipped for longer stays, offering such conveniences as central air conditioning, a private washer/dryer, complimentary WiFi, and a home office overlooking the backyard with a desk, a computer monitor, a printer, and a smart TV.
