After a gorgeous day at the beach, walk, ride your bikes, or drive home to spend golden hour in the shade of the side patio. Sear steaks or fresh seafood on the gas grill, gather around the picnic table for dinner, and move into the backyard after sunset to roast marshmallows around the firepit.

Inside, the house is full of recent updates, from the new appliances, cabinetry, and granite countertops in the kitchen to the new windows and doors throughout.
