Roll up the back garage door to enjoy the home's game room where you can watch a ballgame or movie on the 65” TV while relaxing in the comfy movie chairs, and engage in some playful competition over games of bumper pool, ping-pong, foosball and poker. The expansive back patio features a gas grill, outdoor dining area, and lounge chairs.
Back inside, the main living area boasts an open layout with a fully equipped kitchen, a comfy sectional, and a large smart TV. After preparing your favorite dishes amidst the kitchen's stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space, gather around the dining table for six.

In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.
Please note: Water balloons are not allowed at the property.
