My husband and I have had the pleasure of renting this amazing condo for the past several years. God willing, we would like to continue with this tradition for many more! We always feel like we are coming home when we open the front door and see the amazing ocean views from every window inside and the outside balconies. 6506 Hampton Place is very comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, bedrooms and closets are spacious and the location is steps away from the beach. This property is well maintained, has two beautiful pools and convenient to shops and grocery stores. A big THANK YOU to Tracey, Bill and Frank at Vacasa for all your help in making this possible.

Hampton Place has been our family’s absolute favorite for 15 years. This was our first stay in a one bedroom unit. It was very spacious with a beautiful view of the pool area and the ocean. Having a full 2nd bathroom was a plus even if the showers are a bit tight. The couches were a bit uncomfortable. The mattress was pretty bad and we’re not particularly picky. It dipped in the middle making it difficult though sleep comfortably.
