Construction Notice 4/29/25: Spall repairs are currently underway on the ocean-side units and will commence on the mountain-side units in May. Please be aware that construction noise may occur between 8 AM and 4 PM. Access to the lanai will be restricted until late June. The project is expected to be completed by late September.
Parking is available in the building for $33 per day (*rates subject to change), and metered street parking is available along the harbor.
Routine pest control and maintenance are occasionally scheduled by building management. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in the unit and on the lanai.
