Parking Notes: You'll find parking for one car under the condo building. The parking pass is located in the unit. Please use it during your stay and leave it in the unit for the next guests. If the parking permit is not returned, you will get charged $400 to replace it.

Access the 1385 Lowell Ave. parking garage, park on either P1 or P2. If you are parked on level P1, access the elevator around the corner by “ColeSport” and go to level P*. If you are parked on level P2, access the elevator that says “Green Level – P2” and go to level P*.
Exit the elevator, turn right and you will find the building door. Please enter the access code and go all the way down the hallway, through the door at the end of it and across the breezeway. Please access the next building door (right in front) with the access code and take the elevator onto the second floor. Exit the elevator to the left and you will find the unit #219.
Parking permit is located in the condo, please make sure to hang on car mirror".

Coming to condo every day for lunch

This place was filthy. We left after the first night. The tub was clogged and the prooerty could not get a plumber fir 48 hours. I took pictures of the feces and food debris coming up. The toilet ran and would not flush so we had to walk to the lodge to go to the bathroom. I am requesting a refund. Absolutely terrible experience.

The plumbing issues encountered in the unit during your first night were related to an issue in the building outside of this unit's plumbing. These issues have since been resolved, and we apologize we could not resolve them right away due to their severity. Nice studio w/ convenient parking. Close proximity to food, shopping, and the ski lift. I had to work when I was in Park City and found the internet to be reliable.

Loved that it was close to everything in town, parking is awesome, easy access. Fully furnished with the essentials, only complaint would be that the blinds let in light due to thin burlap style curtains. Rather than that it’s perfect!

This little studio condo was perfectly located adjacent to the Park City Mountain with the alpine coaster, shops, and restaurants. It was an easy drive to Main Street, Deer Valley, and Kimball Junction. The small kitchen was well stocked and the Murphy bed was very comfortable. I would rent this again!
