This is a great space for larger groups, with plenty of spaces to grab privacy or enjoy activities (pool table, hot tub, decks). We were please by how well appointed it was (things like dishes for larger groups, towels, etc.). Everyone in our group enjoyed the space - the location was also perfect when it came to parks, wineries and town.

We have been to Lake Chelan three times and this is was the best house among the three where we have stayed. The house, furniture, electronics, hot tub and almost every aspect of the house looks new. The house was clean and had a great view of the lake. We were 8 adults and 4 kids and the house was huge and had more the enough rooms, beds, space and games to keep us all comfortable. Highly recommend.

The house and view were spectacular. However, advertising showed pictures of the HOA dock. After we rented a boat we were told renters don’t have access to the HOA dock. This misleading advertising caused us considerable inconvenience.
Hello David, Sorry for the misunderstanding
with the boat dock. The dock HOA has to have proof of private boaters insurance to use the dock. This is actually listed on the property listing page.

The house was beautiful, spacious and really clean. Check in so was so easy. The owners were even kind enough to leave some supplies for us. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again.

This was our 2nd stay at this lovely home in Chelan and we were expecting to have another awesome time but unfortunately this trip was a nightmare. When we pulled in the driveway a mountain of garbage and extra bags of sour/stinky garbage greeted us as we drove down the driveway. Shattered glass was in the driveway as well and we had 2 young grandchildren with us that wanted to play outside as we unpacked.
The countertops, surfaces, windows, tables and appliance surfaces looked like they had been wiped down with a greasy cloth. The garbage disposal was jammed and when they sent out a maintenance crew it had broken glass and nasty, rotten stuff....Our 9 year old granddaughter pointed up at the metal pot rack (8 feet up) and asked "What does that spell?" And there were children's magnetic letters spelling out F-U-*-K.
When we went to bed that night I pulled down the coverlet on the king sized bed in the master bedroom and there was NO fitted sheet - just the mattress cover, and a flat sheet and the coverlet.....When I went to ask the rest of the family to check their beds, it appeared that none of the sheets had been changed and only the top coverlet had been pulled taut to give the appearance of being changed. Hair, debris, and unsightly stains were on the existing sheets with no spare sheets anywhere in the house. It wasn't til day 2 when a maintenance crew came to address some of our issues that extra sheets were provided for the master bed and we bought our own laundry soap to clean the existing sheets and remade the beds.
The first night we BBQ'd and the grease trap had never been cleaned and a fire started (we only cooked hamburgers and hotdogs - nothing greasy) and we had to use a fire extinguisher to put out the fire so we didn't set the house on fire.
We called repeatedly to try to speak to a manager which we were told would be contacting us, but no one reached out. There was a helpful maintenance guy, Juan, who came on day 2, and was empathetic to the situation and brought us clean sheets for the master, and we washed the rest of the sheets with purchased laundry soap. We were unable to use the existing BBQ since we had to use the fire extinguisher to put out the grease fire on Day 1 and they said a replacement would be provided which did not happen.
A very helpful manager finally did contact us immediately once we filled out the survey, but it was a bit too late to make amends since we are leaving in the morning....
A disappointing stay at a beautiful residence on an awesome lake!

The view was amazing. Our only issues were it desperately needed some deep cleaning. The heater vents were caked with dust, the carpet was spotted and stained, and there was dirty pans in the cabinets. It also lacked some expected amenities, like some coffee pods for those who get in late and want something before they get a chance to run to the store. It also snowed quite a bit and having to shovel the driveway with only 1 small show shovel was a challenge. We still enjoyed our stay in the home, it just didn't quite meet our expectations for the price we paid.

My family and I spent a great time. The house is nice and clean. The area surrounding is beautiful and quiet. The kids had a great time looking at the deer in the backyard. Highly recommend!

Took our kids for a few nights before they went back to school. So relaxing, comfortable and fun. Would love to go back!
· Amazing kitchen—just missing a muffin! We love to cook and we did so every day—possibly a few smaller bowls and more serving spoons but otherwise, very well appointed.
· Double ovens—both excellent condition.
· Warming drawer was SO helpful for our Thanksgiving meal.
· Lots of dishes, glassware and silverware for our large group—really appreciated that.
· SO nice to have a spice cabinet and some basics provided including soaps, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent.
· Hot tub clean, perfect temperature and the view…..amazing
· Even left us Thanksgiving tablecloth, plates, napkins and foil pans to make clean up easier.
· VERY clean and well kept.
· Beautiful fireplace that really warmed up the family room.
· Such a beautiful area.
· We’d love to return.

The home was beautiful and plenty of space for everyone to spread out. While it is large it still managed to have a cozy feel. Beds were very comfy. They had plenty of towels in each bathroom and of course the view was stunning.

We had so much fun. My favorite part was waking up to the gorgeous view. It’s a quick trip to the state park for swimming and ice cream.

This is the house for large parties. We had 9 girls for a 40th birthday wine tasting weekend. We all felt like we had our own wing/suite. The master w/king is ginormous and the two queen suites downstairs were both equivalent to a luxurious master. The kids area/bunk area lives like an oversized dorm. We had plenty of room and left feeling spoiled.

This is a beautiful spacious home. We (all 9 adults) were very comfortable here and found the house well stocked with all the items we needed for a comfortable weekend stay. The view is stunning and the second floor deck and hot tub made evening happy hour so much fun. The orientation of the house provides shade to the decks and would provide a great retreat from the hot summer sun.
We were a short walk (15 min.) away from the State Park (Navarre-Coulee Rd) and also a short walk away from the boat launch (to the right of Navarre Rd.). The trail was a bit steep to the boat launch and you have to cross Lakeshore Drive, but it is a great set-up once you get there (don't forget the key to the gate).
The drive to Chelan and wineries is short (about 5-10 min.).
