My husband & I loved the location of this condo. Literally woke up to hot air balloons one morning. Only a few minutes from down town and on the right side of town to get to Wolf Creek.

So spacious and well kept inside. Would love to stay here again.

We stayed 4 nights with our 2 boys and we had such a good time they made me promise to take them back every year! Loved the condo! Very quiet and relaxing!

The house worked well for our family. Was clean and easy to get into.

• Great views looking out of the back windows or sitting at the table on the back porch at an open field and gazebo.
• Many of the days had high 80s temperatures (one day hit 90) and so the air conditioning was needed and worked perfectly.
• The kitchen had plenty of silverware, utensils, plates, coffee mugs, Keurig coffee maker, wine glasses and regular glasses.
• Grill worked wonderfully for cooking steaks and burgers.
• The beds were comfortable and had plenty of blankets and pillows – we brought our own pillows, by preference.
• Bathrooms had plenty of linens, blankets, soap and shampoo.
• The patio was in the back and had the view of the open field.
• The location was close to everything – restaurants, grocery store, golf course and lots of walking trails with great views.
• There is a lot to do in Pagosa – golf, hot air balloon rides, floating down the river, soak in natural hot springs, walking trails, antique shopping, hiking along the continental divide, or to Treasure Falls, or to Chimney Rock.
• And Durango is less than one hour away and there is lots to do there also – most especially, the Durango-Silverton train ride.
• I do have one minor suggestion – move the entertainment center to the wall next to the fireplace. It opens up so many possibilities – and it gives you a chance to look at the TV, but also look out the windows that have the spectacular views of the fields and trees, and birds and the gazebo and all that nature has in store, outside of your windows. That would be the first thing I would change if it were my place.
• The only complaint is about the parking arrangement – the website said there were 2 designated parking spots but when I parked in a spot, a local resident said I was parking in his spot. This should probably be explained better.

Comfortable clean place close to town. Plenty of room with 2 kings a double and a twin. We used the kitchen and grill a few times and everything was there to cook and grill. Great family place to stay.

We loved staying in this roomy condo that had everything we needed during our stay. There were a few hiccups that the management addressed right away and they need to update the TVs to be smart. Overall, this is a great space with a nice back patio area, lots of comfy beds, a kitchen with whatever you need to home cook meals and a nice propane grill we didn't expect but loved having. Also close to restaurants, a great coffee shop and the Pagosa Brewery.

Perfect end unit, quiet and beautiful inside and out. Walking distance to coffee shop, restaurants and The funky trunk consignment shop (highly recommend!). We grilled and enjoyed dinner on the patio. Bedrooms were very comfortable. Toilets are tiny, you feel like you're sitting on the floor, lol, but they work! Shower water pressure is AMAZING. At night it is SUPER quiet. A box fan or something is needed for a little white noise. Overall 5 stars!! Would stay again for sure!!
