Great location, pretty much full kitchen, comfortable bed, heating system very good, but needs work.

This place is in the perfect spot to walk to the resort and local stores. It’s not the newest place but if traveling with our puppy we weren’t worried about her damaging anything. There is great grass area for dogs with plenty of doggie poo bags. The bed could definitely be improved especially the pillows but having the hot tub is a plus.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights. Loved the location. Loved the charm! I liked having a kitchen with cookware and utensils. The bathroom is great - though I’d rather it have a normal door for privacy rather than the sliding barn type door. Love the tv mount! We turned the tv toward the kitchen while cooking! The balcony is small but great to have one! Areas for improvement: memory foam mattress topper, nicer pillows, more than 1 wash rag, 1 hand towel, and 1 bath mat (preferably 4 wash rags, 3 hand towels, and 2 bath mats). There were 6 bath towels so that was more than enough. I live close so I just brought wash rags, hand towels, and bath mats from home. I also brought better pillows. I do want to rent this unit again and will bring a mattress topper with me. Then it will feel luxurious! One kitchen stool is messed up. It sinks super low and won’t stay up. The dishwasher didn’t clean the dishes but was the quietest dishwasher I have ever seen. If the fridge was like 2 inches thinner, you’d be able to open the oven all the way. We were also disappointed the shared hot tub and steam room weren’t working.
Manager response:

Great location to Brianhead pond where we fished and we played basketball at the courts they had on property , the room was very clean and modern and had everything you would need my 13 year old son especially liked the bed that you had to climb up to get to. We were 20 mins to panguitch lake where we caught most of our fish, and after riding our mountain bikes 17 miles me and my son hung out in the hot tub time machine with our Chernobyl energy drink and were ready to go back in time. Lol

Hard to find a "pet friendly" rental anywhere... so pleased they allow pets. But once you add all of the hidden fees (not the owners fault), the $70 a night rental, cost us $158 a night. That's a lot of hidden fees. The unit itself was clean and as advertised... only quirky thing was the OVEN didn't fully open as it hits the Refrigerator, so you get about 30 degrees of movement.
Manager response:
Hello Craig,We aim to make the price of our rentals as completely transparent as possible and provide a breakdown of each cost you pay towards the rental before, and throughout the booking process, including all fees and taxes. We apologize for any confusion regarding the price of the reservation. The cost of all our homes are reflected directly on the listing and throughout the checkout process for transparency upon booking. Additionally, we have agents available 24/7 to assist with finding the best possible vacation rental for each guest's needs and budget.

This condo was a lovely stay for my boyfriend and I.
We really love the proximity to the Brian Head ski/biking resort.
We got to enjoy a full day of mountain biking and the following day we loved going out to hike a beautiful nearby trail.
This location is perfect for those who are active and want to get outside yet still be very close to home base.
The balcony was a great addition!
We also loved the furniture set up and remodeling they’ve done to the condo.
One of our favorite parts was the steam shower! So relaxing after a long active day!
I can only imagine how amazing it would be in the winter time after snowboarding
/ skiing.
The downfall of our stay, however, was the cleanliness.
Due to covid, we expected the cleaning to be taken more seriously and we noticed it was not.
We did bring our own pillows, bedsheets, towels, etc to be cautious while traveling with the pandemic. We also had our own plastic plates, spoons, etc.
As far as the details of non cleanliness: There were hairs on the bathroom floor/wooden floor throughout condo. All of the kitchen cooking utensils needed to be washed prior to use. The Keurig needed to be flushed out prior to using as well.
We hope that future guests don’t have to put up with that.
In all all, we enjoyed our stay but wished the cleaning would of been taken more seriously especially given the current circumstances of COVID.
We did try to be as courteous as possible by washing any dishes we did use prior to leaving and doing laundry for house keeping.
Final note: I would also caution those staying here of the loud noise the neighbors directly above the unit make. Not sure if they rent out the unit or live there but they did not seem to care about the noise coming through the floor late at night / early morning.

They thought of everything and all convenient. Thank you so much! So relaxing with the window open breathing fresh air and cooking in a nice kitchen.

Cozy, well-thought out studio with nicely done modern kitchen and bathroom, and special little touches like giant chalkboard for kids, dimmer switches and large ceiling fan.

Tidy, clean, tightly organized. Excellent for two people or a couple with a child. Easy walking distance to the Giant Steps Lodge and lifts.
Eddie S. Jan 2020
I loved the location, within walking distance to giant steps lift. Nice fridge, stove and microwave. Great size shower with a steamer. Down side, the place is not as clean as in the pictures, couch was disgusting with stains all over it, room smelled of overwhelming curry that we could not get rid of, dishes were left in the dishwasher, shower would only have enough hot water for one 15 minute shower. Sheets and pillows felt cheap and itchy. Would not stay here again.
Manager response:
Thank you for such a thorough and thoughtful review, Eddie. The couch does have a coffee stain we have been unable to get out, and we apologize for the unsightly look. We also apologize for any residual odors from the previous guests' meals you encountered due to the reservations being back to back. We do notify guests that the hot water heater is small, so we do recommend short showers. We hope to see you again!

Perfectly located next to Giant Steps. Very clean, and everything was in good working condition. Highly recommended.

Wonderful space. Details matter. Heated towel rack, steam shower, great bedding, tons of comfy pillows and sitting space, toiletries, tons of hooks for hanging clothing, etc. Location was perfect as well. Basically walk a few to ski lodge and able to ski to door.
Terry W. Jul 2019
Very nice space. Clean, well decorated, good service, great location. Easy to find and access. We loved our stay.

My husband and I decided to celebrate our anniversary in Brian Head. The view is beautiful, the area is peaceful and the apartment was well kept. The bed was comfortable, I loved the shower with steam, the pillows where not the most comfortable but still ok. If we do happen to go back to Brian Head, we will probably stay in Brian wood again.
Christopher N. Apr 2019
We enjoyed the new modern feel and cleanliness. Great location, close to Giant Steps. Jacuzzi in building was not working, however we were able to use the adjacent buildings facilities. Everything else worked in the unit, however there are no basic spices for cooking or condiments.
We would stay here again.
Anne K. Feb 2019
We loved all the attention to detail and the smart use of space in this studio. We will be back for sure.
