We were not sure what to expect from this place but it was so beautiful both inside and out. The back has a beautiful view and even the front patio has a great spot for coffee (weather permitting). It is a short distance from Ousel Falls which was a manageable trail for us except it still had a fair amount of ice/snow (Just wear correct shoes). We spent most of our time in Yellowstone, it is about a 40min drive but beautiful and we saw so many animals that we didn't even see while we were in the park. Though the drive may have been more than what most people desire, it was worth it to drive back to this place. Everything was clean and cared for and the hot tub was a nice ending to our days. But the view is what really did it for us. It was beautiful. We would love to return in the future.

Great high quality townhome. Perfect for two couples with lots of room to spread out. Comfortable beds, great views. 3 minutes to restaurants, about 10 minutes to Big Sky. Would stay here again!

1) Arrived to find “Out of Order” notes on both the refrigerator and the main microwave. Another smaller microwave had been brought in and put on the counter for us to use; which was acceptable. As for the refrigerator issue, a way too small hotel room like refrigerator had been brought in and placed on the counter (which barely held any amount of food) and we were provided with 2 smallish styrofoam coolers. I called to complain that this was unacceptable for what we were paying. VACASA did agree to refund some of our rental costs. We adapted to the refrigerator inconvenience but we would have been really screwed if we had purchased a lot of groceries for our stay that required refrigeration.
2) For a 3 day/4 night stay, we were provided with 1 roll of TP per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels for the kitchen, and 1 shampoo/conditioner/mini soap bar per bathroom. There was no mention of providing Kleenex but there were 2 small boxes provided. For what we were charged for our stay, I really think VACASA needs to stop being so damn stingy and stop forcing paying guests to bring their own TP, etc to make sure they can enjoy their stay (this was an actual suggestion from VACASA in a pre-arrival email they sent us).
3) The coffee pot had never been cleaned/maintained properly and barely worked.
4) Main entry point into the unit is through the garage. When we arrived, it was very clear that the garage floor had not been cleaned and/or swept out for who knows how long. It was covered in dirt and debris from the fire wood stored in the garage. I swept the garage as best I could, which took me all of about 10 minutes, because it was clear to me that if I didn’t do that, all of that dirt was going to end up getting tracked in to the unit. Even with that, for the second year in a row, I came back from a stay at a VACASA property with multiple pairs of white socks with the bottoms permanently stained from the dirty floors/stairs in and around the main entry point (not because of us but because of the numerous past instances of others tracking dirt in and it not getting adequately cleaned).
5) Rental listing says there are 3 parking spaces associated with this unit. It fails to mention that only 1 of those is actually a dedicated space associated with the unit (1 spot inside the garage). There is literally no driveway for parking any other vehicles in front of the unit/garage. The only way there are 3 spaces available is if you are able to claim 2 of the very limited public parking spots nearby.

This was the most expensive place we stayed (on a per night basis) during our extended ski road trip but was most certainly not the highest value. I’d really like to see VACASA step up their game and do more to provide their paying guests with a better experience. My 3 star rating is more a reflection on VACASA than it is of the property itself. I would have liked to give VACASA a 3.5 star rating but can’t so it has to be a 3 star rating; 4 stars would be way too generous.

Really love the location and layout of this place. I wish the TVs were bigger so we could watch our favorite Netflix shows at night.

This condo is beautiful and well maintained!
The view is also very spectacular .
It is close to restaurants and shops and has easy in and out access!
The only issue that we had was the microwave was broken and we could not get the garage code to work. They did respond to repair both items. But unfortunately they were unable to get it remedied during our stay! Just a small issue, and if that is fixed it would have been perfect!
Thank you,
Samuel

The unit is as described. It's in a great location, just down the street from shopping and dining. Easy to access, and a beautifully appointed on the inside.

This place was so clean and very well stocked with the basics. We did not have to buy any extra supplies for the 4 day weekend we visited. The hot tub is amazing after a long day of skiing. It was only a short 10-minute drive to Big Sky and well worth it. We cozied up to the wood-burning fireplace at night! This is a great option at a great price.

This condo has some of the best views in the meadow area. Views from all windows are awesome. Even a view from the hot tub. It was easy to get to any restaurant, bar, shopping or outdoor activity from this condo. The Crail Creek trail outside the door was a nice walk every morning. Fireplace was a big plus, we love a real wood fireplace. Easy instructions on getting into the condo. We had no problems during our stay. Would recomend and stay here again:)

The home was ideal for our short stay. It had everything we needed and was very clean.

Great Location With access to the trail system
Great kitchen with great views!

Not too big, sized just right for the 3 of us, Dad, Mom, Son. What we used the heck out of was the kitchen, son is a pro exec chef, so we dined famously! Kitchen is well laid out, easy for 2 chefs to do their stuff. Plenty of cooking equipment provided so you really don't need to bring as much stuff as we did. We'll be back!

Stayed over the New Year Holiday with 15" of fresh snow for skiing. Loved that the Condo had a heated garage and wood burning fireplace with wood stacked in the garage! Comfortable furniture and beds made for a very nice stay. On the side of, "this place would've been so much better if", more attention to minor or extra details would really make this place 5 stars. As cases in point, very few instructions in the condo was a bit frustrating; e.g., nothing to describe how to use the TV service, which we eventually just circumvented by hooking up an iPad with our own streaming service. (Note, the hot tub DID have good instructions on use and care). Also, nothing to tell you the garage door opener code to open / close the garage door with the external keypad; would have been super helpful to be able to use this. Also, the condol had nearly NO basic supplies (oil, sugar, basic spices other than salt) that I've experienced in many condo rentals which are a really nice extra touch. Also, the condo had no facial tissues save for one nearly empty box.

Overall, a very nice property that with a very small effort, could be superb. If the opportunity were to arise to return, I would rent this place again.
Manager response:
We are glad you enjoyed your stay, Michael! This home does not have cable as an amenity but it does have streaming capabilities! We also do not provide any food items and we are very sorry for the inconvenience. Our Guest Services team is available 24/7 by phone and email and information about your reservation and the home can be found in the online trip portal. We hope to host you again in the future.

We had a great trip and enjoyed our stay. The private hot tub was amazing and we love the three levels of living space. We hope to stay here again!

A lovely condo with a view of the golf course-plenty of room for the family.
Caleb E. Jun 2019
Beautiful vacation rental! Close to center of Big Sky and the park. Loved the decor as well, felt like we were in a mountain cabin! I would definitely stay again!

I would recommend better quality kitchen utensils( there was no spatula, made it kind of hard to make eggs and pancakes) and better pillows for the master bedroom, there were only two for the king bed and they felt pretty worn.

Great place overall! Would stay again!

Manager response:
Thank you for your feedback! We are happy that you enjoyed your stay. We are purchasing a new spatula and looking into getting new pillows for the master bedroom as well.

Great location near village. Clean condo. Nice view from living room. Perfect for two couples as there is a bathroom off each bedroom. Also good for families as there is a downstairs bonus room with fold out sofa, chairs and TV.
Joshua B. Feb 2019
Loved the private spa and amazing views. Would love to come up in the summer and stay as well!
