It was used as the filming location for the 1962 film Kid Galahad, starring Elvis Presley. The house still has many of the characteristics of the film. Drive a short two miles to the Idyllwild Village for an array of shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Humber Park is less than one and a half miles away if you are feeling adventurous. Experience breathtaking views as you hike through the wooded trails.

THINGS TO KNOW

• Parties will not be tolerated at this home. The neighbors are sensitive to noise, so please follow the county noise ordinance from 10 pm - 8 am. There is a noise-awareness system in the home.
• Riverside County regulations prohibit any "party" lighting (outdoor luminaires shall not blink, flash, or rotate) and will hold guests/Vacasa liable for any "light trespass" on surrounding properties.

• 4 dogs welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• Parking notes: Four cars can fit in the driveway/stacked parking. Overflow parking must park on the street not blocking other residences.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
• Security camera details: This home is equipped with a security camera above the front door looking straight out to the driveway. It is inactive when guests are present.
