This last trip makes me a full Vacasa fan. This house was stocked with everything we need and not a detail was missed. From the appliances to furniture to beds- everything felt high end and super comfortable. We had a wonderful time with our 2 daughters!

Well appointed condo. Even has a ski rack and boot drying rack in the garage. It was especially nice enjoying the hot tub at the end of the day. We walked from the condo to the cabriolet on the Canyons side of the resort (6-7 min walk) and avoided dealing with parking altogether. Would highly recommend.

Super convenient to the canyons parking lot gondola! We had a great time, nicely appointed home and very clean.

This property was perfect in so many ways! My husband I stayed with our two sons (high school and college age) and there was plenty of space for everyone. The home was perfectly clean (which is always my number one priority) and everything was in excellent condition. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, dinnerware, etc. The bathrooms were high-end, clean, had lots of towels, and included hairdryers and shampoo/conditioner. The TVs were equipped with Xfinity cable, which allowed us to sign into our accounts for Netflix, Prime, etc. and watch whatever we desired. My husband loved the extra wide and extra deep garage for parking our SUV. We didn't use the pool or other amenities, but they looked amazing! The location is great by being situated between the Utah Olympic Park and Park City; we felt we were close to everything we intended to do. The broader area was so nice and we enjoyed riding the lift up to the Canyons Village one evening. Overall, this was one of the very best vacation rentals we have ever stayed in and will definitely return!

We stayed there for 3 nights. Great family getaway in a perfect location with lots of nearly sites to see and things to do. Would definitely go again.

Great location. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. The full size garage was also a bonus. The only criticism is the living room furniture was very uncomfortable - the couch and two chairs, and the coffee table on wheels made it impossible to relax and put your feet up. Really enjoyed the pool and the place was very quiet. With new living room furniture we would stay again!

The home was great, equipped well, and service to fix a couple of matters was responsive and high quality. In terms of associated service, there was no flexibility re extending our stay a mere two hours after paying for a full seven day stay. This short coming leaves a poor taste in my mouth re Vacasa.
Manager response:
John, we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear that you enjoyed the home. We apologize that we were unable to offer a late check-out during your stay. The check-out time allows our housekeeping staff ample time to clean and disinfect the home in between guests. Thank you for staying with us. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again.

Place was great

The area is beautiful and the home is pretty new. The home was clean, and it had the bare necessities. It wasn't very "homey," if that makes any sense. It was like a model home. It was beautifully decorated and there were plenty of towels, but it lacked a little warmth.
I could not get the front door to lock. To be fair, this could've been due to my own incompetence. There were no keys when we got there either, which I would not have minded if I could've figured out how to lock the front door. Lisa came and fixed it in the end, but I do believe it was jammed and wouldn't have locked for me without a key. I wasn't going to break it to find out though. We were able to get in through the garage, and that is probably what we would've done the rest of the time anyway. It was just uncomfortable sleeping there at night and leaving during the day when we weren't able to lock the door.
We were really looking forward to the hot tub. It took forever to warm up and would cool down really quickly. We didn't use the community pool or hot tub because they were closed.
Also, I don't know if this is mentioned anywhere- the main living space is on the 2nd floor and the bedrooms are on the 3rd floor. We were already familiar with Blackstone townhomes, so we knew what we were doing. Or so we thought. The beautiful high ceilings come at a cost. Those are long flights of stairs.
The top bunk mattress is a bit thick so the rail on that upper bunk would do nothing to stop a child from rolling off.
All of the cookware I needed was available in the kitchen. The stove and oven were great. It took me a minute to figure out the dishwasher.
Overall it was a great stay. It was really close to great biking and hiking.
Manager response:
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, Dani! We are happy to hear you overall had an enjoyable experience. We apologize for the issues with the lock and hot tub. We have provided your valuable feedback to our local manager. We hope you will be happy to hear the hot tub and lock are working properly! We apologize for the inconvenience and do hope you will give us a chance to host you again for a true 5-star experience in the future!
