Beautifully located on the sun-splashed beach in the center of Gulf Shores, this condo at The Lighthouse Resort offers a private balcony, gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico, and special at-home touches that include a wet bar and a private washer/dryer. Within the resort, you can lounge on 635 feet of private beach, swim in two zero-entry outdoor pools and a heated indoor pool, work out in the gym, and unwind at day's end in two private hot tubs and a sauna.

This Gulf-front resort sits just over half a mile east of Highway 59, which is home to Waterville USA, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Tiki's Mini Golf, Pirate's Island Adventure Golf, and a wealth of other family attractions. Gulf State Park, with its lovely nature paths and fishing pier, is half a mile east, and the Craft Farms Golf Club is five miles north. You'll be an easy walk from Sea-N-Suds, The Hangout Gulf Shores, and a variety of other shops, restaurants, and nightlife, and a quick drive from Big Wave Dave's, The Flying Harpoon 2, and The Flora-Bama.

These GRCs are purchased at the second-floor condo association office or from security personnel if you arrive after hours. Un-permitted vehicles are booted and a $75 fee applies to remove the boot.

The condo was perfect for me and my family. The views of the ocean were amazing. I highly recommend it. I would mention in the add for the condo had beach chairs and some laundry detergent and dishwashing soap and detergent. Those items were very helpful for our stay.

place was great for a family of five (two adults, teenager, two kids), location of condo is great, location on second floor is perfect, swimming pools were nice, right on the beach, i like the place only issue is cockroaches in master bath, but that might be expected with beachfront properties

I liked that we had three bathrooms and bedrooms! The kitchen was large and had plenty of used fry pans. (I really think that some should be thrown away). We couldn’t help but see dirt on several walls and ceilings from the air vents. Needs to be throughly cleaned and filters changed I would think. The outside metal furniture was rusted to the point of crumbling off the furniture.

Spacious, organized and pretty, we six enjoyed our own suites and plenty of space. We were second floor and a close walk to the shore. Easy to call for any maintenance and good parking near our door.

We loved the view and the color of the condo. The balcony furniture was very nice. The carpet in bedrooms filthy. Closet doors in two of the bedrooms broke of track. The furnishings in the den were worn and showed dirt. The bedding in one bedroom has spots on it. This condo was not professionally cleaned.

The view was spectacular, and the condos were very clean with the exception of every ceiling vent in every room was filthy and black, including the bathrooms. Air quality is of the utmost importance.

We loved the condo and it was plenty big for 3 couples. There were some minor things that could use improvement but overall it was a nice place.

Furniture is worn to the point of holes in couch. Spreads on beds seemed dirty so I just put them in the closet for our entire stay. It’s a very nice unit but furniture and decorations need replacement. Beds were great.

We loved this condo. Very spacious and excellent layout. Loved being able to park less than 20 feet from the entrance of the condo, and being able to go to the pool and or beach with one flight of stairs. The Vacasa folks provided fantastic customer service. They called regularly to make sure we were not having any problems with the condo, and they even brought us a box of Christmas cookies that my kids loved. Fantastic experience. Two thumbs up.

This was one of the best condos we have ever stayed. We stayed over Christmas and New Years ....condo was spacious, complex amenities were awesome, and weather mostly cooperated. Love the 2nd floor - parking was wonderful. Only steps to beach.

Very happy with the location and the views. We had a handicapped parking space in our front door. This was wonderful for 5 older ladies with bad knees and backs. Loved the layout of the condo, it just needs to be updated. The colors are all really beachy but furniture needs new covers. Beds are comfortable and we had plenty of cooking equipment

The layout was perfect and very spacious. The balcony was perfect except one chair was broken and stuck in corner. I would suggest it’s time to change the rug in living area as it very stained. The master bath has a big brown stain on the baseboard. I just thought for the price it would be in tip top condition.

This was our first time at The Lighthouse Unit 204. The unit is spacious, decorated so cute and has amazing views!

The building has amazing amenities and is right on the beach. This was our first vacation in two years. Since my husband's stroke and it was a great place to stay!

We had an issue with an item in the condo and when I called I was on hold for 40 minutes and they said someone would call me back right away but they didn’t. They did resolved the issue the next day. Otherwise everything was fine.

This condo was perfect. We had plenty of room and it was very nice to have the elevator and stair right next to our room. Parking was very close to the room as well. The bright colors of the bedrooms gave the most perfect beach vibes. The beach was not a far walk. The pool options were great as well. Traveling with younger children can be tough but the zero entry pool kept them entertained when we weren’t at the beach. I will definitely be booking this room again :)

Not enough chairs on patio for 4 people. One of the chairs was totally broken, so we had one love seat to sit on. Had to bring our beach chairs so we could chat. No instructions how to turn TV on and off. Had to go to parking lot to use our phones. Zero cell service.

Overall, very nice facility. Just a couple minor things. Had to call for the internet password. One of the TV's was missing a smart card for the dish. Again, not big deals as we did not use them much, but, still an inconvenience to have to make calls to address.
