Very nice place although they could use some area rugs maybe- Floors were FREEZING, especially getting up at night. Great views and the hot tub was glorious.
Manager response:
Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us, Christine, we hope that you had a great stay! We are happy to know you enjoyed the view and the hot tub. We also appreciate our guests' suggestions as a means to improve and we have forwarded your comments about having rugs because the floors are freezing to our property management to consider in the future. We hope to host you again soon!

Coffee Pot Place was a lovely stay in a quiet neighborhood. The property was gorgeous, close to several hi g trails and the host was incredibly kind. Just a short 7 minute drive to restaurants and shops it is the perfect place to stay in Sedona.

Just like the rest of Sedona this place peaceful, beautiful and relaxing. The hot tub was great at the end of the day to unwind. The meditation garden was tranquil, especially at night, just sitting in peace and taking in nature. I got to see several shooting stars at night since the sky of Sedona is the second darkest sky in North America, the views from Coffee Pot Place are abundant. I can’t wait to come back

It was incredibly beautiful property, so peaceful, clean, an amazing oasis the only reason I didn’t rate as 5 star is because the tv wouldn’t work.. minor detail everything else was absolutely perfect!
Manager response:
Thank you for choosing us for your stay, Adorina, and for providing your review. We regret that you had difficulty operating the TV - please know that our guest services line is staffed 24/7 to assist, and we have since your stay ensured the TV does function. We hope to host you again in the future! Thank you.

It was quiet, cute, and private. Beautiful scenery to wake up to.

We really enjoyed our stay. The views were incredible and the grounds - which had little walking paths- were lovely,
The unit was clean and nicely decorated. The owner, Claudia, was lovely, very friendly and helpful.
We will definitely stay here again.

Accurate listing. The location was to die-for. View, zen garden, patio, hot tub and best of all, walking distance to a variety of trails.
Barb G.Apr 2022
Wonderful to have such breathtaking hiking right outside the door. No need to find a parking space, take a shuttle or sit in traffic.

Pros
A problem with bed fixed very quickly , host was very responsive when contacted by vacasa and repair man.
Close to some great hiking trails.
Gardens are very well maintained and nice to walk around.
Cons
Although the upper deck is amazing there is a sign in room that says this is only available if host is not in residence. Or if host is she may invite you to join her on the roof patio. Honestly if I'm paying to stay I don't want to wait to be summoned - invited to use something that is shown in pictures and this wasn't mentioned in description.
There is another rental next door and the folk from there have to walk by to get out or in of their place , so make sure your blinds are closed if you are getting dressed ,this made it not feel so private.
Manager response:
Thank you for your review, Kevin! We are happy to hear your party overall had an enjoyable experience. We have provided your valuable feedback to our local manager who has confirmed they have since removed the sign preventing guests from enjoying the roof patio. We have since completely replaced the bed frame. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope we have the chance to impress you in the future!

We loved Coffee Pot place because it was a little secluded and within walking distance to many trails. It was close to town, yet we felt as though we had our own little private oasis. Checking in and checking out was very easy; the room and surrounding property are true to the pictures. We would definitely stay here again!

This had so many neat spots on the property with amazing views.
Loved the fact we could go out the back door and walk right to some wonderful trails. I always pick an Airbnb with a hot tub(best with a view). This fit the bill and checked all the boxes for us.

Loved the view and easy access to hiking trails!

What’s there not to love? A quiet beautiful location with a gracious host, Coffee Pot Place is amazing! Every morning I watched the sunrise lighten up Coffee Pot Rock and, at night, I watched the stars light up the night sky. A walk up the road takes you to wonderful hiking paths, a favorite being the Tea Cup Trail that takes you through a varied landscape around and below Coffee Pot Rock. At day’s end there’s a very comfortable bed that will refresh you for your next day’s adventures!

The photos do not do it justice. A very nice room with attached bathroom. A little microwave and fridge which was plenty for us. The furnishings were high quality and top notch! But the outdoor space was just amazing. We had a private "zen" type garden for strolling and relaxing. And the private hot tub! I am so glad we did not book at a spa. I hope to return soon.

Scenery from the lower or upper level will blow you away. Mesmerizing to say the least. I spent time early and late every day just gazing. The property landscaper Rafael came by so I got to complement him on the phenomenal grounds. And the apartment itself is cozy as can be. And you can hike right out the driveway to amazing caves and trails that you'd see on a Nat Geo commercial. Hot tub jets are perfect after a 4 hour hike! No real complaints... But mosquitos are very annoying. Tree will drop significant sap on your car in the parking area. And they advertise to notify them directly of coffee needs "in advance". Yet you can't. I went around and around w/ Vacasa "in advance" and it turns out there really isn't a way to communicate with anyone. In the end they did not provide coffee for 2 people for 7 nights. We got 5 k cups. Regardless our stay was outstanding.

Hot tub and yard were super private. Residence was clean, stocked well with towels, and stayed cool for summer in Arizona. It has an exceptional view. I cant wait to go back!!! "Kitchentte" is fridge and microwave, but the beautiful space that's SO private in an AMAZING part of Sedona is worth it!!!!

Very cozy room with a backyard view. You can wander through the backyard, it was too warm to use the jacuzzi. Wondered up to the rooftop with a 270 degree view of the red rocks.
Todd M.Apr 2021
We came to hike and loved how close it was to trailheads, the garden was peaceful and the room nice! Too much decaf coffee though lol! My husband and I will be back!

It was a wonderful little room. We loved the hottub and gardens. Great hiking with minutes. Amazing views from the top deck.
Thanks!

There was a cute cat. Additionally room was clean and comfy. Jacuzzi was great, views beautiful, close to town and good hiking spots. Best part though was the cat fur sure.

Similar to a hotel room but with lots of privacy and a great private hot tub. Being able to walk 5 minutes up the road and access beautiful trails is a highlight of a stay here.
Alexis C.Sep 2020
Very cute little getaway spot. The hot tub is great, especially if you are spending your days on the trails in Sedona. We walked to the soldiers pass trailhead, took less than 15 min. Which was awesome, because barely any parking and the neighborhood surrounding is a tow zone. The property itself has a little path to walk around with a variety of fruit trees and there is a beautiful view of some red rock. The ‘cottage’ isn’t separate from the house, but we barely ever heard the homeowner and didn’t feel like we were disrupting their daily life while on our vacation. Very clean room, big comfortable bed, mini fridge, microwave, and keriug. We would definitely stay again.

My wife and I really enjoyed our experience! The place was very clean and had nice amenities -- including the hot tub! Definitely would recommend it.
Sabrina M.Jul 2020
We enjoyed the great location, going on hikes without driving to a trailhead.
The cottage is very cute, super clean, convenient, and quiet. We also loved the garden.
We would come again 😊

Just a few minutes’ walk to hike at Soldier’s Pass, Coffee Pot Rock and Sugarloaf Mountain, and then rest your bones in a private jacuzzi a few steps from your door. The rental is a private living quarters attached to a large home on a beautiful property with amazing views and a friendly cat, and it’s a short drive to shopping/dining at uptown Sedona, Tlaquepaque and West Sedona. Only negatives: We got there right at check-in time only to have a cleaning woman arrive just after us, blaming traffic, and making us wait an extra 30 minutes; cellphone reception was spotty to non-existent; and the WiFi was weak and would drop completely unless you were in the bathroom.

The Coffee Pot Cottage was a great place to stay. It was cozy, quiet and conveniently located close to the activities we did in Sedona.
Robert M.Feb 2020
This is a very quite place to spend time at! I loved it! Can’t wait to go back!

From the hosts to the space itself, our stay hit all the right notes. This is a cozy studio in the back of a lovely, sprawling home. The hot tub access made this a no-brainer, as did the trail access. If you want to get here and not drive again to trailheads the entire time you are there - you can do that. There is a Whole Foods and skate park within a mile. All these things, and more, made this a truly restorative stay. On our last full day we were invited to a hike with the homeowner, Claudia, she was a hike leader in Yosemite years ago, and it shows. She is knowledgable and generous with her time. As for logistics, I generally dealt with one person over at Vacasa, a respectful, professional named Leo. It was exceedingly helpful to have him as a contact throughout our stay. I would stay here again.
