This was a great condo. It was clean and had everything we needed. It is not actually “ski-out” but there is a shuttle bus to the gondola right outside of the building, or it’s a short 2 block walk down to the gondola. We chose to walk down and it was quick and easy! At the end of our loooong ski days we just took the 4 o’clock trail back down and it ends directly across from the building. Super easy and very convenient!! Check-in was easy and right up the street from the unit, dropped our key cards off at the same place for a quick check out. Under ground parking was perfect so we didn’t have to clean any snow from the car. We would definitely stay at this unit again.

Our coffee pot was broken, we contacted front desk they said they don’t manage the East side & contact vacasa. They did replace. But we only had 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people for 5 days! We contacted vacasa in am, still none by 6pm. Called again and they said they didn’t have anyone, try the front desk, but they know they will say no. We would need to come and get it across town from them. ? Finally brought us some & towels because we had none. Just be aware that the EAST side is not affiliated with the front desk or cleaning/trash staff. Beautiful place, but this was irritating.

We loved the location and yes the room was clean, BUT it could
really use updating!!! New carpet or wood flooring, paint and
new furniture would make the place really stand out!!! The
patio screen did not want to stay in place either. Would stay there again but in a room that was up dated !!!!

We were handed the keys to a Studio rather than the 1 Bedroom apartment we booked and paid for. Once the Administration staff acknowledged their mistake (5 hours after checking in and settling into the studio) we had to move all our gear across the building to the apartment. The apartment was in appealing condition: 1. Half the of the stove top didn't work and we had to call maintenance. The pots and pans in the kitchen were worn out and the frying pans so damaged they could cause harm when being used. 2. The carpet was disgustingly dirty and worn out. 3. The shower head in the bathroom should have been replaced many years ago 4. The bedroom stank of faecal matter, very disgusting (the bed had a plastic underneath the linen...) The location of the property at 100 South Park Avenue Breckenridge was very good and what we were looking for. However, this apartment (E117) was extremely disappointing and should not be made available to rent unless some basic changes are made (see above). This certainly dampened our experience and negatively impacted our holidays.
