We absolutely loved Main Street Station! The condos were beautiful, clean, located right in downtown, walking distance to all shops and restaurants and even walking trails, 3 were super close ( less than a half mile). Would recommend for sure, we will definitely be back.

It was a really a nice condo even though we only had one night. The only problem we had was there was no lights in the room with two single bed.

Our condo was absolutely beautiful. We stayed in a 2 bedroom and everything we needed was available. There was more than enough space for our family of 6. The property grounds were fantastic. Condo was clean and very modern! I would say that our check in experience was horrible. The reservation clerk was not very welcoming at all, in fact she was very quick with her answers and did not offer anything more than a breakdown of the facilities. We had tons of questions being that we were visiting for our first time from Louisiana, but decided not to ask her any questions based on the way she treated us while checking in. The condo itself gets 5 stars, however customer service needs a lot more work!!!!! We would stay here again, but would never want another encounter with the same customer service lady!!!! We stayed 04/15/22- 04/18/22.

Place was incredible! They have ski valet that you can leave your equipment with over night. Super easy! Place was big and super comfortable. Easy walk to the quicksilver lift. Also right across the street from all the popular bars. Will definitely use it again.

This is the most perfect place to stay! Awesome area with easy access to all the stores, restaurants, and Breckenridge Ski Hill! We rented a car thinking we would most likely have to drive, that was a mistake! Everything was walkable, even the ski hill! Hot tub was right outside this condo, which helped so you wouldn’t freeze! Highly recommend!

We have stayed at the Water House many times. It’s a great location and we’ve been always pleased with our accommodations. Unfortunately, during our stay this time (over Thanksgiving), our fridge was not working properly and maintenance could not fix it. They were definitely apologetic but it was an inconvenience esp during the holiday. Also note that these 2 bedrooms are incredibly small.
We will definitely be back at Water House and hoping our next visit is seamless!

When I booked the rental unit online, the description said that there would be a discount applied for rentals of 5 nights or more. However, when I completed the booking, no discount was applied. I messaged Vacasa, and they said the discount was no longer valid. They updated the description on VRBO for future renters, but did not give me the advertised discount. I thought that was a little shady. But other than that, the rental is great. Perfect location. Very clean. And plenty of space for our family of four.

What a beautiful apartment right at the end of main st. Perfect location- walking distance to the slopes and downtown main st. The unit itself was beautiful and fully equipped with everything we needed. Would recommend staying here.

We did a longer 2-week stay. Cleanliness and maintenance were the biggest issues: on the first day we found a used covid mask rolled up in one of the throw blankets, our lock and key never worked for the first 48 hours, wooden piece of the kitchen island fell apart, master bath sink stopper broke, and it goes on... The condo is beautiful in the photos, but shows a lot of wear and tear in person. It is also very obvious that the whole community is operating on a skeleton crew, severely understaffed. On a positive note, the location is perfect! We recommend to stay somewhere else given the price and optionality around Breck.

Great location, super clean and comfortable. All the thing you need (pillows, blankets, towels, robes, washer/dryer, dishwasher with detergent/soap, extra tp, coffee). Cozy porch. No ac was not an issue and is norm for breckenridge. Great price and proximity. Walk everywhere. Parking is great and private, easy to access. Staff was helpful and friendly.

The unit was a perfect size for my family and we loved the underground parking. The master bathroom has an odd mildew smell that never went away. Washer and dryer very helpful - bring your own detergent. The balcony/windows were a bit dirty, but we would stay here again. I give it a solid B+ or A-.

This place had a great location for shopping and eating. There was even a Lululemon right downstairs. This condo had everything we needed plenty of TP/paper towels. Very clean. Good view off balcony. The master bath had heated floors. This unit had no AC which we were worried about coming from Texas. But we kept the windows opened the whole time and that did the job. Plenty of cooking supplies. One thing is we couldn’t get the oven on. It’s gas and we are not use to it. The Stove we had no trouble with.

For the money, the unit we rented should’ve been spotless. It was far from it. Additionally, beds should be checked for comfort and noise. Neither were the case in the unit we rented.

The place was beautiful and a great location. Few things that were not up to par. First, we had to get our room keys reprogrammed over and over. Didn’t keep them near our cell or any magnetic cards and still kept losing the magnet. It was very annoying. Second, the place was so dusty. You could see a thick layer under the dining table, on the shelves, blinds, and dressers. If the bathrooms weren’t clean, I would have made them send in housekeeping. For what we paid, should be maintained much better.
