Great location (an easy walk to the beach, pools, tennis and Marketplace - with restaurants and shops), this two-story 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath end townhome offers a large private deck, screened porch, living room, dining area, well-equipped kitchen and half bath. Accessible by spiral staircase, the second floor is home to a full hallway bath and all three bedrooms, including the master suite. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 3 TVs, DVD, Blu-ray, Wifi.

Parking Notes: PARKING IS LIMITED. One parking permit is issued with the purchase of one or two badges. Two parking permits are available with the purchase of three or more badges. Additional vehicles must be parked off property. Tenants staying in Sea Colony East properties are advised that their vehicles at such properties must not be taller than six feet (including roof-top carriers) so as to fit under buildings. Cars must vacate the Property no later than 10 a.m. on checkout day. CARS IN UNAUTHORIZED SPACES WILL BE TOWED AT THE CAR OWNER’S EXPENSE. Vacasa is not responsible for illegally parked cars.

Very comfortable home for our family of 5. It had everything we needed. Beautifully maintained. Short walk to the beach. Pool across the street. Screened in porch was an unexpected plus!

It was convenient, short walk to the beach, generally clean.
However, serious ant problem in the kitchen. Also, blinds do not provide sufficient blockage from sun in early morning.
