The coastal getaway offers wood flooring through the main level (with the exception of the kitchen). Accessible by spiral staircase, the loft offers foosball table and TV. Parking Notes: PARKING IS LIMITED. One parking permit is issued with the purchase of one or two badges. Two parking permits are available with the purchase of three or more badges. Additional vehicles must be parked off property. Tenants staying in Sea Colony East properties are advised that their vehicles at such properties must not be taller than six feet (including roof-top carriers) so as to fit under buildings. Cars must vacate the Property no later than 10 a.m. on checkout day. CARS IN UNAUTHORIZED SPACES WILL BE TOWED AT THE CAR OWNER’S EXPENSE. Vacasa is not responsible for illegally parked cars.

Guest Entry Instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires an unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

2705 Round Robin, Sea Colony
List of Problems encountered during our stay, 11 – 18 September 2021.
1. There was no welcome book giving information on the unit, such as instructions for operating appliances like TVs and DVD players and the range hood. We found a binder hidden in a drawer with out-dated information.
2. DVD players in the living room and the master bedroom did not work, because they lacked cables to connect to the TVs. We did not check other TVs or DVD players.
3. Exterior doors, front and back, were rusty. The sliding glass door came off track, so we cleaned and oiled the track.
4. The stopper for the kitchen sink is the wrong type; it will not allow the sink to hold water.
5. The light on the front steps has a broken cover.
6. There were clothes from former renter(s) left under the sink in the hall bath, on top of the dryer, and in a drawer upstairs.
7. The faucet in the master bathroom sink was leaking around the escutcheon.
8. The faucets in the tub and shower were dripping.
9. The screen in the front bedroom window (bedroom facing the parking area) is torn.
10. The deck is filthy and needs to be cleaned. Also, there were a lot of ants on the deck.

Hi, Gary! Thank you for your helpful review. Maintenance is taking care of the entertainment area so everything is functional and easy to use. They will also address the master shower and blinds. The doors do get rusty because of the humidity. The sink stopper is replaced, the clothes are removed, and the deck is scheduled for a power wash. We hope to host you for a more seamless stay in the future!

Good location and spacious for our family, but property is in need of maintenance.

This unit has old furniture, the mattresses upstairs are atrocious, the dishes, flatware, appliances and cookware are AWFUL! Do not let the pictures deceive you! Broken fixtures, cracked floors, minimal hot water.

The location of this condo was great... close to the beach and all the pools. However, it definitely needs a deep clean in all rooms (cobwebs were in each room) as well as needing new pots and pans and more silverware in the kitchen. All kitchen cabinets need to be reorganized... they were a mess.

Thanks for the feedback, Laura. The property manager contacted the owner about replacing the pots and pans and adding more silverware to the kitchen. This should be complete in the near future along with reorganization of the kitchen. We are also scheduling a deep clean for when the season slows down. Thanks again for the constructive feedback.
