*Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Note: The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.

Parking Notes: PARKING IS LIMITED. One parking permit is issued with the purchase of one or two badges. Two parking permits are available with the purchase of three or more badges. Additional vehicles must be parked off property. Tenants staying in Sea Colony East properties are advised that their vehicles at such properties must not be taller than six feet (including roof-top carriers) so as to fit under buildings. Cars must vacate the Property no later than 10 a.m. on checkout day. CARS IN UNAUTHORIZED SPACES WILL BE TOWED AT THE CAR OWNER’S EXPENSE. Vacasa is not responsible for illegally parked cars.

Upgraded living spaces in dining, living and bathrooms. Well-appointed with lots of kitchen amenities (separate beverage cooler). ADA-compliant bathrooms with grab handles and kid friendly. Nicely decorated throughout.

This is a large home with a nice layout to accommodate a big family or group. The kitchen appliances and bathrooms are worn and overdue for updates. Worst of all though was the filthy condition of the house when we arrived. It included a moldy coffee pot, badly soiled stovetop and oven, sticky and stained countertops, badly stained carpets and bedding., dust and cobwebs.

We have stayed at my at sea colony Eve summer for about ten years. We have stayed at different homes in the past and this was our first year at this location. The home is beautiful and very spacious. The location is perfect. It’s across the street from a pool and the tram stop. We loved our stay!

Loved being able to walk across the street to the pool. Just a short stroll the fitness center. We watched fireworks from the bridge nearby.
