Tenants staying in Sea Colony East properties are advised that their vehicles at such properties must not be taller than six feet (including roof-top carriers) so as to fit under buildings. Cars must vacate the Property no later than 10 a.m. on checkout day. CARS IN UNAUTHORIZED SPACES WILL BE TOWED AT THE CAR OWNER’S EXPENSE. Vacasa is not responsible for illegally parked cars.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
