Freshly painted and featuring new living room furniture, this coastal getaway's main floor offers living and dining areas, well-equipped kitchen (with new alliances in 2019), private enclosed den, full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the master suite. A portion of the loft is enclosed, offering another private sleeping area, still leaving an open loft area too. The loft also features a full bath of its own! Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. Accessible without stairs. Non-smoking. 4 TVs (including 40' and 43' HD flat-screens), DVD, 3 Blu-rays, Wifi.
