Escape to the beach in this completely upgraded first-floor condo in the heart of Sea Colony's Beach Community. Just steps to Sea Colony's half-mile of private guarded beach, not to mention the community's oceanfront pools and fitness room, this single-level-seaside layout has everything you could want and boasts a wealth of new upgrades for 2023. Enjoy lounging on the new couches and chairs in the living room while watching the new 55' TV or try the new porch furniture if you want some fresh air. When the group is hungry, the kitchen renovations include new LG appliances, new flooring, cabinets, countertops, dinnerware, glassware, and other kitchenware to assist in your culinary endeavors. The new washer/dryer and HVAC unit also help ensure you'll be able to rest easy while here. Both bedrooms feature new beds, dressers, side tables, and overhead lights, with the primary also having an overhead fan.
