Parking Notes: One assigned space 904 F - Guests are reminded to place their parking permit on their dash when parking in Sea Colony. One parking permit is issued with the purchase of one or two badges. Two parking permits are available with the purchase of three or more badges. Additional vehicles must be parked off property. Tenants are advised that their vehicles at such properties must not be taller than six feet (including roof-top carriers) so as to fit under buildings. Cars must vacate the Property no later than 10 a.m. on checkout day. Each property has one assigned parking spot. If you have a second vehicle you may park in any unassigned parking space. Please note that unassigned parking spaces (for a second vehicle) are not guaranteed and operate on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Guest Entry Instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires an unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

Before I give my review quick advice for new comers: There aren’t obvious #s on the condos, this will have a black screen door, it’s 4 units down from the back. Also parking spaces are ordered really strangely, yours will be very close to the elevator on the left end of a row. Now for the review.

I stayed in Sea Colony on trips growing up so decided to pick this place for our first family trip with our 2 year old and 4 year old. Being right on the beach was perfect for kids and one thing I forgot about Sea colony which helps with diapers - trash chute! Trash chute makes it easy to keep the place clean while staying. All that and this place is very nicely updated with nice appliances. And they don’t requires as much cleaning as an Airbnb. Basically load dishwasher, clear trash, set temp and that’s it! This made for a PERFECT first family beach trip. We will be back!!!

The condo is very spacious and can sleep a lot of guests. Bathrooms are completely updated and awesome. The condo was dirty upon arrival but that has nothing to do with the owners. I wish there were beach chairs to use.

904 Farragut Penthouse is the best unit I’ve ever stayed in Sea Colony, it is completely renovated with no expenses spared. The beds are very comfortable and the view from the Living room and Master Bedroom is amazing. I’ve already booked my stay for next year. You can’t go wrong with with this unit.

We have been coming to Bethany for years but it can be tough to find an updated rental. This condo has been updated beautifully. The finishes are nice and they were thoughtful with the details. In addition the couch and beds were actually comfortable! I highly recommend it.

This condo was beautiful and comfortable for all 10 of us. It was immaculate. There was good use of space so that it did not feel crowded. I would definitely stay there again.
