Parking Notes: Parking Space #: H501 Under Building - Guests are reminded to place their parking permit on their dash when parking in Sea Colony. One parking permit is issued with the purchase of one or two badges. Two parking permits are available with the purchase of three or more badges. Additional vehicles must be parked off property. Tenants are advised that their vehicles at such properties must not be taller than six feet (including roof-top carriers) so as to fit under buildings. Cars must vacate the Property no later than 10 a.m. on checkout day. Each property has one assigned parking spot. If you have a second vehicle you may park in any unassigned parking space. Please note that unassigned parking spaces (for a second vehicle) are not guaranteed and operate on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Guest Entry Instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires an unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

The Unit worked well for our use. The unit was clean and fit our need. We had an enjoyable week. A few things need updated but all in all is a good unit. Beds were great for sleeping for our group. We would rent the unit again in the future.

We loved the location but would stay in a different unit next time. This unit lacked enough dishes, the furniture looked old, dirty and worn, none of the blinds actually fit the windows, one window even had a blanket hanging over and clipped to the blinds, a cabinet was broken, old and dirty bath mats, lights didn’t work, and rusty/broken patio chairs! Really just needs to be fully updated!

The unit was good, reasonable apportioned, clean, near the beach and Bethany boardwalk. Kitchen pot and pans are super thin so be careful and there is no exhaust for the stove or oven so cooking bacon is a problem. Sliding door to one of the bedrooms does not work well and does not give any privacy. Covid has greatly reduced amenities which is not mentioned anywhere when you book. Pools, workout facilities, hottubs, sauna, etc.. may not be available or greatly limited. Also, several adjacent buildings are being renovated so parking is a mess and you park where you can, not in a designated spot. Finally, check in and out is a mess. You have to go to another building across the street which I could not find in my reservation information and except for being gone by 10, have no idea what the expectation was for checkout. I am giving the unit 4 stars and the complex 2 stars, Vacasa gets 2 stars.
