• The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.
• There will be nearby construction now through Mid-May, 2024. There will be noise, but the unit will be accessible at all times. Please use caution when entering the building and obey signage.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• This rental is located on floor 5.
• Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
