Parking notes: Parking Information - Parking Space #: C702 Guests are reminded to place their parking permit on their dash when parking in Sea Colony. One parking permit is issued with the purchase of one or two badges. Two parking permits are available with the purchase of three or more badges. Additional vehicles must be parked off property. Tenants are advised that their vehicles at such properties must not be taller than six feet (including roof-top carriers) so as to fit under buildings. Cars must vacate the Property no later than 10 a.m. on checkout day. Each property has one assigned parking spot. If you have a second vehicle you may park in any unassigned parking space. Please note that unassigned parking spaces (for a second vehicle) are not guaranteed and operate on a first-come, first-serve basis.

We spent the Thanksgiving holiday at Sea Colony. Booking went smoothly and when we had a question and called the number given to us, it was promptly answered. The condo was beautiful and clean and we enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and sauna! We had a wonderful time walking on the beach, taking in the ocean view and relaxing in the condo. Thank you!

Immaculate condition. Would definitely consider going back. Great location. Great view of the beach. Well equipped kitchen, you might want to bring plastic storage bags, aluminum foil and kitchen trash bags. New washer and dryer. Great place to get away to and relax.

The 1BR, 2 bathroom apartment was welcoming, great balcony with chairs to sit and enjoy the view. Easy access to beach and pool. The place was quiet, although it was August and lots of people at the beach. Well located for restaurants at Bethany and ocean city. Nice kitchen if you’d like prepare some food. I will consider going back again

View was amazing. The condo was clean and setup perfect for our needs. The single bedroom with its own full bath and then an additional full bath was perfect for the couple sleeping on the pull out couch. They had their own bathroom. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, etc.
Parking spot took a few minutes to find and spaces are tight with columns. Maybe there is a pattern to it, but didn't seem like it. Not a deal breaker by any means.
Only criticism of the facility are the pools we went to. They went from something like 3' to 9' deep. Therefore, majority of the people in the pool were all crammed into the shallow 1/2. Not a deal breaker.
Would recommend this condo to anyone. We were very pleased overall.

We loved the view and easy access to the car, pools and beach. The dryer wasn't working, so that was a drawback. My husband had a hard time sleeping on the mattress in the main bedroom—the mattress was too hard. It would be nice if there was one dishwashing pod, but we appreciated the bar, hand soap and shampoo. The decor of the room was classy, updated and clean. I really appreciated that!

This condo was amazing! Everything was clean and updated, quiet, and the kitchen was well stocked! Towels, bed linens, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, detergent and sponges were provided, which was a huge surprise! The spot in the parking garage was a little difficult to find, and once we did, we weren’t able to park in there because our truck was too tall. Overall though, we were thrilled with our first stay at Sea Colony and were so impressed with all of the efforts of the staff in terms of upkeep and the beautiful grounds! Everything was easy- access to the condo, elevator use (we never had to wait and only ran into somebody once!), pool and beach access, food at Edgewater, etc. As a first beach experience for our family, this knocked it out of the park, and we’re very excited to come back!!!

This condo suited us perfectly for a long weekend in May. We arrived to a clean and uncluttered beachfront unit that had everything we needed to relax. The beach here was super clean and the Sea Colony location is close to a wide variety of activities. I wouldn't hesitate to return.
