Welcome to relaxation at the beach - and lake! This lakefront Vista getaway located in Sea Colony's Tennis Community offers the best of both worlds: A short walk or tram ride to the beach (less than one mile), and a lakefront location with nearby tennis courts, fitness center, swimming pools, and walking trails. New owners have replaced all kitchen appliances, bedding, bathroom decor, TVs, and the sleeper sofa. Two out of four rooms have gorgeous lakefront views, while the other two offer views of nature and wildlife. The fully-equipped kitchen and appliances provide all that you will need during your getaway including a power blender perfect for those morning smoothies, and two coffee machines to get your java fix. The main level includes two guest rooms (queen and two twin beds), a living room queen sleeper sofa, a king bed main suite, and two full baths. An open concept kitchen, living room, dining room, and gas fireplace create an inviting and easy-to-navigate floor plan. The second level queen bed loft has an en-suite full bathroom and front-row views of the lake. Parking Notes: PARKING IS LIMITED. One parking permit is issued with the purchase of one or two badges. Two parking permits are available with the purchase of three or more badges. Additional vehicles must be parked off property. Tenants staying in Sea Colony East properties are advised that their vehicles at such properties must not be taller than six feet (including roof-top carriers) so as to fit under buildings. Cars must vacate the Property no later than 10 a.m. on checkout day. CARS IN UNAUTHORIZED SPACES WILL BE TOWED AT THE CAR OWNER’S EXPENSE. Vacasa is not responsible for illegally parked cars.
