On the second floor, the guest bedroom has a TV, a brand-new mattress, and deck access. The third bedroom has two bunks, a TV and DVD player, and a PlayStation 2. The fourth bedroom has a full bath, a brand-new mattress, a TV, and deck access. The fifth bedroom has a brand-new mattress and a TV. The third-floor living level is open with vaulted ceilings, large windows, and decks providing sound and ocean views. It also includes a spacious dining area, an entertainment center with a TV and DVD player, and a new sectional. The beautiful, updated kitchen provides everything you need, including a breakfast bar. House of the Rising Sun is within walking distance of REAL Watersports for all kiteboarding enthusiasts and local restaurants and bars.

THINGS TO KNOW

• For 2022, the pool will be open from April 9th to October 14th.
• You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.
• This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC.

• 2 dogs welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• Parking notes: Please park in the driveway, total maximum vehicles: 5 - Parking on the lawn is not allowed as this may cause damage to the home's septic system.
• 1 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD60 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay.
