Clean and great location to everything

This cabin was perfect for our family of 4 (2 kids 11 & 8 years old). The kids had a king size bed downstairs all to themselves & there's a sleeper sofa in the basement as well. We all loved playing pool & relaxing in the hot tub in the evenings. There's also a sleeper sofa in the living room as well. The upstairs bedroom was a bit warm when we checked in, but we turned the thermostat down when we got there then left for some fun in Pigeon Forge and by the time we got back it felt great. They have everything in the cabin that you need to use to cook as well if you choose to do so. We are looking forward to going back to TN and booking this place again in the future.

Our family enjoyed staying in this cabin. There is plenty of room. The jacuzzi tub in the upstairs/ master room was great. There is a hot tub on the main level balcony. Each of the 3 levels has a balcony - feels very private, even though you can see other cabins from the porches. Plenty of seating and could have slept more people using the couches - the main floor had a pull-out. It is advertised as pet-friendly, but you would never know if pets have been there. It was hot upstairs when we checked in, but they keep the air off when the home is not in use. Just turn on the AC and turn down the thermostat when you arrive. We also closed the blinds during the day while we were gone to keep the heat out - it was very hot the week of our visit, but we stayed comfortable.

We loved the big spacious rooms and the location close to everything.

Great little cabin! Centrally located yet private! Well equipped kitchen. Had to call for repair of fireplace, technician was prompt and kept us updated regularly on what needed to be done to repair it. Unfortunately, the repair was not what was anticipated and could not be completed during our stay due to part not being readily available. Otherwise, everything was as described and expected. Will stay again!

We enjoyed our visit to Tennessee. It would have been nice to have had some brochures of what places was near to visit. And the furniture needs to be replaced, the chairs at the kitchen table you can see that it’s old, because it got a hole in the middle of it ( but not torn or ripped) and the bed didn’t sleep too good, uneven like it was old too. Other than that we really enjoyed it.
Manager response:
We appreciate you staying with us, Donald. We are not keeping brochures in the rental at this time to limit the spread of germs on surfaces we can't sanitize regularly, but there are brochures guests can pick up throughout town. The kitchen chairs and beds have been confirmed to be in good shape though we apologize they were not to your liking. We hope to see you again!

The cabin was amazing, view was beautiful and saw a black bear sow with two mature Cubs walking 15 yards away from the bottom deck…
Great experience!!!!!

Great location and great cabin to stay! No complaints here,

We were very disappointed in the condition of the cabin. The grass outside was uncut (about 8" tall) weeds were growing up around the cabin and the outside was very unkept. The furniture inside was very dated with a leg on the coffee table about to fall off. The windows were in bad need of cleaning, with spiders and cobwebs on the outside. The cabin upon entry had a very musty smell. The deck on the upper level would have been very nice if it had not been so dirty and the cobwebs in the corners were cleaned up. It is really a shame because with some renovations and a thorough cleaning and attention to the outside it could have been a nice property.
Manager response:
Hi, Carlos! We appreciate you staying with us and apologize you were unhappy. The HOA is responsible for the lawncare, so we will be sure to reach out to them about this. The high windows are cleaned yearly in the spring. The coffee table is getting replaced, and the upper deck has been cleaned off. Thank you for your review.

It was our first time ever getting a cabin in TN and we really enjoyed our time there. The description doesn't go into detail, but it's three stories and each floor has it's own balcony. The master bedroom is upstairs with its own bathroom with a stand up shower and a big jet tub. It has a king bed and it has a nice view of the mountains in the distance from the balcony and there are two rockers and a little table which was perfect to watch the sunrises and sunsets. It's close enough to everything in Pigeon Forge but far away to hear only silence at the cabin which is wonderful. The main floor (second story) has the hot tub and a table with chairs on the balcony which was really nice. Also we enjoyed the gas fireplace and the dining room table having the back door open to see the mountains was so nice. The bottom floor was awesome for my 17 year old. It has the pool table and a king size bed along with two twins. One is a twin trundle bed and the other is a futon. There's a big TV and a full size bathroom. She definitely enjoyed her privacy down there. It is a beautiful cabin. The reason I gave it four stars was because the button to turn on the jets in the tub in the master bedroom was stuck but my husband was smart and plugged it in underneath so I was able to use the jets. A maintenance man did show up unannounced to fix it but we had a three year old taking a nap up there and didn't want to wake her up so we had to send him away. A heads up would have been nice letting us know a stranger was going to be knocking on our door. Also there was a stair that felt unstable going up to the master bedroom which was scary and the banister leading to the downstairs bedroom was coming loose from the wall which was also scary when I went to use it for balance and the screw was coming out of the wall. It could have been a little cleaner because the jet tub had a yucky film on it where you would put your head so I had to clean that and the place could use a deep clean. Other than that we will definitely be renting this cabin again. We had a great time and made a lot of wonderful family memories 💖

Loved the location. We weren’t interested in the crowds of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge but still wanted to be near some restaurants. Private and isolated but close enough to local spots. House was very equipped and nice!

We booked this last minute and overall very pleased with it. You can tell the home has been used a lot. There are a couple items that show some wear or did not work. We got a call the day of checkin to let us know the fireplace was out of propane and they could not get any during our stay but vacasa was great to refund us some money for the issue. I will say the floors were a bit dirty but again could be from a lot of wear from other people staying. We had 2 adults and 2 children (11&4) and we had plenty of space. There is a large dining table and a queen and 2 twin beds downstairs. I will warn you, the upstairs gets VERY hot. We noticed 2 box fans and realized quickly why they were there. So just be prepared for that. It seems the home only has 1 unit to heat/cool the whole house and it is a main level, upper and basement. The basement stayed fairly cool. It wasnt anything that would keep us from staying again but think it is best to let people know it can get quite warm up there. Overall great location to town and tucked behind the outlets but from the balcony you cannot see any of town which was nice to not distort the views. Not a lot of parking and even though it says 2 cars it would be a tight fit for sure!
Manager response:

We are working closely with our housekeeping team to ensure that they are paying close attention to detail while preparing for guests and following the current COVID-19 cleaning protocols.
