The location of the building and the room is perfect! Being right by the elevator is handy, and surprisingly quiet. To be able to park in the garage right on your floor and close to your room is fantastic. The 3 bedroom condo layout/size was clean and great for our family of 4 and easily 5 with the primary king bedroom. The beds and pillows are comfy. The stiff bedding comforters not so much, so you may want to bring your own softer blankets. Pricing was very reasonable for our spring break stay of March 30-April 2, and the weather was amazing. Condo is fully stocked with kitchen items. No perishable/non-perishable "food" items like salt and pepper, etc. that people leave behind. Everything you want to go do is within walking distance or a short drive. Only two downsides: WiFi is dicey. My daughter had to do some remote work and some areas of the condo have bad reception. When entering the place put that long numeric key code in quick or you'll be doing it over and over. Other than that. ENJOY!! :)

It was a great trip. You could not beat the view and the sounds of the ocean. The facility is located in a great location for all beach imminitisties.
