My dogs and I had the loveliest one-month stay at this property! The home had everything I needed and more. Great location to restaurants/bars and very friendly neighbors. 10/10 would recommend and would love to stay here again!

We couldn't imagine a better place to be to explore historical Charleston and enjoy the dining, bars, and sights. The property also has great amenities: 3BR, 2.5 baths, on-site parking and washer/dryer. There is attractive furniture and artwork, and the beds were quite comfortable. Our only concerns were tired living room sofa and chairs (needed extra pillows to restore shape) and some of the kitchenware needs to be replaced.

125 Church Street was charming, spacious, and a perfect location!! The off- street parking spot was an added bonus, but parking on the street was easily accessible, especially between 6pm-9am (which was a concern prior to our trip). I would highly recommend this lovely, authentic home for a true Charleston experience.

Great historical property. Very nicely appointed and convenient to everything. Off street parking was very nice. Managers very helpful and responsive. Made our first trip to Charleston memorable.
