Loved the open floor plan with lots of windows looking over the lake! Hot tub was wonderful! Very clean and spacious and quiet!

House is very secluded and quiet with a great view. Nice hot tub with great view of lake and night time stars. House was clean, bedrooms are a decent size and usable kitchen and living room with view. Lots of fruit trees in the yard which were full of fruit which meant deer constantly in the yard. Nice touch. House was pleasant and we would stay there again but is an older house with cosmetic remodels - definitely not a wow, what an amazing place, kind of vibe, but more than sufficient for what we wanted. About a 20 minute drive to sandpoint with all the restaurants. But is close to the Pack River Store which once a month has a four course meal. Very worth it. And has sandwiches, burgers daily.

The view is perfect, especially from the hot tub. They have thought of most everything. There is no A/C, but they added floor fans to each bedroom. The place sleeps 8, but there is only seating for 4 at the table and in the living room.

What a great house! There were 2 families, 4 adults, 3 kids. Plenty of room for all of us. The house was easy to find, up a hill and above the lake a bit. About 10 min from town so easy access to stores, etc.
Beds and pillows were super comfortable, that is always my first rating and these were awesome.
Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils, however there was very little seasonings and such so bring your own.
Family room was fully stocked with entertainment.
Beach area was a little further than expected, but not bad. 2 kayaks and a SUP were waiting there and we used them the whole time. There were also 2 shaded hammocks that got some snooze time as well. Nice having the private beach for sure.
Bathrooms were great, showers were full pressure!
No AC as most of the time they don’t need it up there, bu we had unseasonably hot weather his week.

Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay! Our son had a lacrosse tournament in Sandpoint and I’m so glad we chose this home over a hotel room. It was perfect for two families....... clean, spacious, quiet, and an incredible view.

Very well equipped kitchen. Recently remodeled so everything is like new. Enjoyed the fireplace. Jordan is very accommodating. A little far from Sandpoint but worth it.

What a great home with wonderful views of the lake. The beds are very comfortable, the house is clean, and Jordan is a great host. I would recommend this stay.

We booked this home last minute and we sure are glad we did. Jordan the property owner was fantastic to work with. The home has the most amazing view and setting you have ever seen in your life. Initially we wished it was right on the lake but after one day we appreciated being a little above the lake and the view out the huge family room and master bedroom are to die for. A short walk down the hill puts you right on a private beach where we were comfortable enough letting our kids kayak around and play in the water. The bass and trout fishing in Lake Pend is unrivaled. If you like solitude thats 15 minutes from a really cool town (Sandpoint) and a very clean tidy home thats full of light you will love this home.

Jordan is the easiest host I have ever worked with. I asked about a high chair and pack n play and he bought them for us! The house was as described. Clean and recently remodeled. Great views of the lake from the house. Kitchen was well equipped for a group. Towels were nice. Beds were comfortable and bedding was nice quality. Short walk down to the beach area on a path he is working on.

Jordan was the perfect host. Met us on arrival and was so very gracious. Arrived after a dust storm to clear and gorgeous weather. Left to return to the heavy smoke of the PNW. Accommodations were great. Lake was amazing.

I can see why Jordan is a `superhost.` He was very responsive and easy to work with even when our kids locked themselves out of their room. It was a great location with a beautiful view of the lake and close to Scotchman Peak, which was our purpose in traveling. The house was very clean and comfortable. The beds, in particular, were very comfortable. Everything is brand new. Thanks for a great stay, Jordan!

The view alone will take 5 yeas of stress off your life. The whole set up was great for a mid size group. From a play perspective, we made amazing memories. The view, the trail to the beach, kids riding bikes for hours, the thunderstorm we could see in the distance, room for the kids to play with balls/airplanes/etc outside the house in the circle drive type area (this is the end of the little lane so there is a lot of room for them to run around), fishing, long walks, and watching the eagles in their nest up the road. From some 10 year old kids, it was a slice of heaven. And Jordan is an amazing host - every question or thought and he not only had a solution, but was quick with ideas and tips! The house itself is a rambler with one of the bedrooms, laundry, and a bath sort of in ff in one `wing` of the house, which made it easy for us to spread out and find space. The main areas leave you a lot of room, but are cozy when you want that, too. We had to do some home school work while we were here and the wide open space made for some fun interactive games during our learning times. The bathrooms were super clean (gotta love feeling good about barefeet on a bathroom floor), ample room in the bedrooms, and the kitchen had enough plates, pans, pots, etc. We cooked great meals and were never at a loss for how to meet the recipe needs. Lots of movies to watch, which we did during a couple of storms. Our wifi reception was a bit weather affected (big storms for 4 of the days), but on the clearer days it seemed fine. Cell phones work best for Verizon users at the house, but up the road there was a nice place to stand and get 3-4 bars worth of reception for Tmobile and ATT. This is an EASY house to be in for a groups with children who long for a bit of freedom in a safe way. We recommend some 2 way radios if you are planning to let kids bike in the area. So much easier to check in with them if you have little walkie talkies. We will definitely return.

We had a great time at Jordan`s home. There was a group of 6 of us and we were very comfortable & had plenty of space. There is a porch looking out at the water and comfy chairs to relax, chit chat and enjoy the scenery. There are great views of the water. The drive to the home was beautiful & right along the water. Took around 15 minutes to get to sandpoint. Then, the house is located fairly high up above the water. However, there is public access just below the house that would only take about a minute to drive down. The interior of the house all looked newly renovated, very clean. The kitchen had all the utensils & essentials that we needed. The bedrooms were very comfortable, especially the beds. Jordan was very accommodating and was helpful & great at communicating all the details & giving us suggestions for our trip. He was nice enough to get a BBQ for the house. So, we had a great time the first night BBQing dinner out on the porch. He went above & beyond to make sure we had a good time! I would definitely recommend a stay at Jordan`s properties.

Jordan is awesome! His home is a hidden gem with incredible views of the lake. Jordan gave us great directions on how to get there, was available to answer any questions, and made great recommendations. Thanks for being an excellent host Jordan, and for letting us stay at your beautiful space
