Loved the big open living area and the swimming pool. Great place to get a large family together.

Nice decor with comfortable beds.. pool was great and I loved all the outside patio furniture and how clean the house was inside and out. Other then the ant infestation in the kitchen it was great. Had to hide open foods in microwave or fridge to avoid it being ruined by ants all week. They did spray Wednesday.

This house has potential to be very nice, but it was extremely dirty. You'd expect after spending thousands, including high cleaning fees, for a week at the beach the house would be clean. Instead, after a seven hour drive we had to clean. The bath tubs and toilets (hair, dirt and fecal matter) were not touched by the cleaning crew, if there was one. All of the counters had crumbs, prior spills and cup rings that came off with a little cleaning. The outside of the heating and air filters had a half-inch of dust on them. We swept and had piles of sand, dust and hair. Dishwasher was not emptied. Everything else was good. The elevator worked great, the rooms were a good size and hot tub was great. The pool does need some tlc, not dirty, just needs to be resurfaced or repaired. Location was good. There are two beach access points in the neighborhood. The house has everything you need, plenty of plates, cups, and silverware. Overall, I would recommend, but be prepared to possibly do a little cleaning when you get there.
